Great shop purchased a new Specialized Crux. Came back with issues with my seat. Peter suggested the new Specialized power saddle and even though with the Specialized system my recommended saddle width is a 143 mm Peter suggested I go with a 155 mm. Both Dee and Peter tool the time to insure my saddle was installed correctly my old saddle was set up for me from a previous bike fitting I could not be happier thanks to everyone at Allstar I am now riding and enjoying my bike

I definitely enjoyed my experience at All-​Star. The staff gave me lots of time and information and set me up to test-​drive a couple of their bikes. It was great to get a feel for what I wanted to buy and I got a good test-​drive in before I bought a bike. I bought a Giant Roam II and I love it so far. I expect the good times to keep on rolling; they throw in a year of free service after all. The support from a local bike shop is worth it; go check ‘em out.

I bought my first mountain bike here last weekend and had a wonderful experience! Zoe was awesome to work with. She was patient with me. I had a million questions. :) She took the time to listen to my needs and give me advice and help me find what would fit my needs and my budget. She didn’t try to oversell me on anything I didn’t need which I appreciated but helped point me in the right direction if I decided to add certain things later. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend All Star.

Great service! I would definitely buy a bike here again. The prices are kind of high but the customer service is good, and they have information on bikes I didn’t find at other bike stores in the area.
