We explore all options in regards to creating the best most cost effective solution for the client. We then, once awarded the contract, lay out a time table for the client.

We are completely transparent in regards to what work will be done and also working with all other trades on the site. We are in constant contact with the site supervisor.

Once we are near the end of the project we put together a package with all documentation for the end user, a punchlist and we go through the job with the client to make sure they are entirely satisfied.

Established in 1991.

Founded in 1991 by Robert Nutter, RMN Mechanical was created to fill the void seen in retail and commercial HVAC solutions. Building on those blocks RMN has become one of the most prominent HVAC solution firms in the New England area.

Business Owner

Robert Nutter has served as President of RMN Mechanical Contracting since founding the firm in 1991. Under Roberts’s leadership, RMN has become one of the New England’s leading HVAC firms, serving retail and commercial clients with the latest in innovative and green building technologies.

With over 30 years of industry experience Robert is recognized as one of the most experienced and innovative retail HVAC subcontractors in New England, Robert has orchestrated literally hundreds of the regions top high-​end retail construction projects. Clients appreciate his innovative approach to management systems and frequent use of new construction technology. He has a history of pioneering and utilizing best practices in retail construction.

Today, Robert continues to exceed client expectations with his industry insights, integrity and uncompromising work ethic. He holds a degree in Business from Northeastern University
