Jackson Tire of Carthage

I must start by telling you it has be several weeks since the last incident so this review is by no means written in anger. This is my second terrible experience in less than a year with Jackson tire. The first time I left my vehicle overnight so they could «start on it first thing the next morning» and was promised it would be done the following afternoon by close. When I stopped by just before close to pick it up, they had my vehicle torn apart and told me they had just started it 30 min prior to my arrival. I wound up going two more days without a vehicle, after which they still made me pay full price. They also put one of the pieces in wrong which caused me to have to replace the piece again 2 months later.
Recently I went to get an inspection and was told by the lady behind the counter they could get me in, in an hour. I left and then returned an hour later. After setting 2 more hours I was finally given an inspection 3 hours after being told it would be one. This place was awesome when I was a kid, but I will never do business here again because of what this place has become. There is a reason I selected a star, because no stars is not an option, and this is what they earned.
