Owners are Brigham and Kyra Cook of Carthage, MO.

Brigham, a chef with Culinary Arts training, can cook anything from French cuisine to Italian and Mexican dishes to country BBQ.

Brigham has been working in the restaurant industry since 2001, most recently as the Executive Chef at Broadview Country Club in Carthage, MO.

Brigham Cook, a chef with Culinary Arts training, can cook anything from French cuisine to Italian and Mexican dishes to country BBQ.

Brigham has been working in the restaurant industry since 2001, most recently as the Executive Chef at Broadview Country Club in Carthage, MO.

Brigham and his wife, Kyra, were married in 2007 and a little over a year later had their first daughter Lydia. In the years that followed, their second daughter, Gracie, and third daughter, Ruby joined the mix. Earlier this year they welcomed their first little boy, Emmit, bringing a new and exciting dynamic to the team!
