Solid real Mexican food for the area. Less solid if you get around a bit and visit places like Buford highway. Really nice tortillas. The chile relleno taco is a bit sloppy — it’s how I do t home(not a stuffed relleno). Costillas need to be patted down — a bit greasy — but chewy goodness. Flautas are good. Service is nice. 3 sauces are available and placed on your table for your convenience. There are a few tables on the left side of the store. It’s kinda reminiscent of Mexico in that regards. Again, for the Cartersville area, it’s as good as it gets and that’s why the 4 stars. Note: this is NOT the fake processed Mexican like El Nopal, Los Reyes, etc. We are talking serious Mexican. It’s just different and that’s a good thing. NOTE: This place refers to itself as «Tienda Santana»(Santana Store).
