Tausala Polynesia

We hired Tausala Polynesia for our most recent Luxury Home Sunset Showcase to do both the catering and the entertainment. Throughout the process of planning, Unica was incredibly friendly, punctual, and helpful. Whenever we had a question, we would call or text her and she would respond right away with a helpful and caring response. It was evident that she cared about our event as much as we did, and we really appreciated that!
The food was over-​the-​top amazing. Unica helped us put together the most perfect menu including pulled pork, pineapple meatballs, macaroni salad, and other Polynesian food. The meatballs were our personal favorite! Whereas it was a high-​end event, she helped us choose displays that fit the luxury environment.
An musician played Polynesian music at the beginning of our event. We also had the luau and fire dancers! Between the phenomenal dancing and music (plus the fire!), it was an amazing show! The audience was in awe the entire time!
The staff and dancers were all wonderful as well! They worked diligently on food prep, passing hor d’oeuvres, prepping for dancing, and generally just always being there to help with whatever we needed! Additionally, they were so personable and friendly, which made them an absolute please to work with!
We would highly recommend Tausala Polynesia to anyone who is looking for a high quality entertainer and caterer!

Part of my job is to «make memories» for the children I serve. Unica and her team came and showed my kids an experience that they may never find the equal of. The show was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The interaction with some shy (and not-​so-​shy) middle school students was amazing. Even in moments when the kids didn’t quite understand what was happening (there was quite a bit of nervous laughter during the haka), eventually there were smiles and appreciation all around.
Throughout Polynesia there is the concept of mana. There were moments that the power of their performance crossed all boundaries and everyone in the audience could not but recognize the special moment they were witnessing. The spirit of aloha informed everything these folks did: smiles and graciousness (even in the face of a few electronic/​sound difficulties that were not their fault!) came naturally to all of the performers. They left an impression on me and I know they left an impression on my kids. Thank you to the Tausala Polynesia crew for a memorable morning!

My Husband and I Hired Tausala Polynesia to perform and cater at my daughters 7^th Birthday. We were beyond satisfied Mrs. Unica was a pleasure to meet and help me make my little girls birthday the best. I ordered the 6 entrée with long rice (which I had never tasted, teriyaki chicken, white rice macaroni salad and fruit salad. The food was a hit everyone enjoyed it very delicious. We also had performers and the show was amazing had everyone mesmerize we felt as we where in Hawaii. I would defiantly recommend Tausala Polynesia to perform and cater at your next event they are very professional on time and will make your party the best party anyone has ever been too. What an amazing experience! Celebrated my 50^th Birthday with entertainment that was as authentic as you can imagine. We traveled to Hawaii the following week and I have to say that Tausala Polynesian dancers were so much better! Unica was so professional and well prepared as we discussed the days activities! The dancers were so talented and beautiful! The fire show at the end was SPECTACULAR! Our guests (more than 75+) all told me that the dancing was awesome and better than Luau’s they’ve experienced. It truly was the most amazing show I’ve seen! Would highly recommend you contact Tausala Polynesia if you want your event to be filled with great and authentic polynesian entertainment.

I hired tausala Polynesia dancers for my daughter’s 18^th birthday party and they brought the heat. Most amazing, awesome, spectacular show I have ever seen. Great crowd interaction, showed up on time, very professional. They will turn up any Hawaiian/​luau party. Thank you and we will definitely be calling you guys again for another party

God knew what he was doing when he crossed our path with Unica and her team they really know how to bring the P to party… It was my daughters 18TH birthady party and we usually have belly dancers but this time we wanted something a lil different so I started looking around and stumbled up on Unica at first I was just interested in the dancing and entertainment aspect of it but then she mittioned she also had catering as well I was nervous about the whole thing any way because I have not used the INTERNET to do any herring before and could not find to many reviews any where for Luau’s in our area. So thankfully God came to my rescue and let me know I could trust in her all the way so I did… Oh my goodness was it a success or what… AS soon as they got her they sat it all up and started serving our guest with huge smiles and wonderful dispositions cheerful, funny and pleasent they brought the Best Tasting Food anyone has ever had at a luau and most of us have been to several in Hawaii and I can say that Germaine’s and the Marriott has nothing on the guys did care for neither one of there food experiences at all .as for the food Unica and her team brought man was… THE FOOD WAS A HIT. FROM THE WHOLE PIG (that they sat up for pic’s)… TO BBQ CHICKEN, GARLIC SHRIMP, RICE NOODLES WITH CHICKEN, RICE, HAWAIIAN ROLLS THE GOOD ONES :) AND FRUIT. THERE WAS MUCH MORE I JUST-​CANT REMEMBER They pretty much ate every drop there wasn’t much left over because our guest where going back for seconds and some thirds lol… So… after the food they got right to the entertainment and boy was it intertaing They took us all on a trip to the Polynesian islands the narration with the dancing was super fantastic then they brought up my 18 year old daughter and let her choose 3 girls and 3 boys to bring up stage for a dance lesson that was not only fun but they made it funny … The crowed was really enjoying it. This was a croud of 100 plus. Every eye was on them them «Oh ya did I forget to mention that is was also the 4^th of july and fireworks where going off all around us but no one cared they where having way to much fun watch and listing to the show «…ANYWAY THE dancers did a lil story and couple more dances. Then at the end they brought out the fire WOW boy WAS IT ENTERTAINING they had us rolling «LAUGHING» The whole time .I can honestly say that God knew what he was doing when he crossed our paths and let me know that Unica and her team where the right ones for the job. I hope that this review helps you with your search because when I did mine their weren’t to many reviews to look at I was on my own … so I did a lot of praying for this and a lot of praising after the party because IT was just what God had said ’ THEY ARE THE ONES GO AHEAD AND HIRE THEM THEY WONT LET YOU DOWN… HE SHOWED ME HER SPIRIT AND SO SHE BROUGHT IT TO THE PARTY NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS A SUPERFANTASTIC NIGHT AND MY DAUGHTER WAS SO HAPPY AND WILL NEVER FORGET THIS NIGHT THEY REALLY BROUGHT HAWAII TO US. WE ALL TOOK A TRIP AND HAD A GREAT TIME THANK YOU GUYS FROM ALL OF US… YOU GUYS MADE OUR NIGHT WE WONT FOR GET FOR IT LONG LONG TIME

I hired Tausala Polynesia for my husband’s 50^th hawaiian themed birthday party! I spoke with Unica (co-​owner and performer) several times and she was extremely professional, responsive, flexible, efficient and a real pleasure to work with! Unica and her partner’s polynesian performance was outstanding! Everyone at the party (80+ people) raved about their performance and said they felt like they were in Hawaii, attending a polynesian show! They also surprised us and did an awesome fire show! I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are truly professional and spectacular!

I hired Tausala Polynesia for my wife’s birthday party. They were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and entertaining. The show was funny at times, interactive and the audience was engaged throughout the whole performance. The dancers were beautiful, talented, and the fire show at the end was awesome.
