10 minutes before I called this location, I had just come from another subway sandwiches. The employee at that store, near Albertoni Street, upset me and annoyed the hell out of me. So anyway, I called this location to see if they had a specific bread. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and very helpful. He took my order and because I was only five minutes away, I got here right away. As soon as I walked up to the counter the guy who took my order recognized my voice and immediately took my sandwiches and bag them right away. They were pretty busy, but they were pretty well staffed and make sure to help each and every customer immediately. The staff here are friendly and work very hard! From what I could see the store is very clean and organized!

This is my least favorite Subway. I try to avoid it at all costs. They are cheap with the ingredients. You have to beg for extra everything, which in my opinion, are normal portions that SHOULD be on a sandwich. The workers always seem to be disorganized. They debate on who’s making the sandwich, who’s working the cash register, who’s going in the back to get ingredients, etc, etc. All I ever order and want is a properly made veggie sandwich. Why and how is this too much to ask? I will bypass this franchise and drive to one further away. Sadly, I bet it’s the manager/owner of this particular store who teaches employees to be cheap! Give customers what they pay for, at least.

Sandwich good not great like other subways. No restroom for customers, «Only for employees». Not good. Staff less than friendly, well the 1 on during my visit anyways.

This location is always out of honey oat bread and certain meats by 9:30pm when they close at 11:00pm. It is ridiculous that they run out of items hours before closing they need to better prepare inventory

There once was a man from Nantucket He was so hungry he could eat a bucket(This makes no sense, I know. Just play along) In desperate starvation, he turned just past the Chevron station and sighed, hmmmm Subway? ahh F#@%it This is how most people end up here I think. The employees are perfect candidates for the«before» actors in some sort of energy boosting drug commercial. You know, the ones with gray faces and airbrushed black rings around their eyes… just moping around ever so slowly. They just walk around like zombies and are obviously going through the motions. Even worse, they make fun of the customers and think they are talking behind their back or in a different language, and never realize that the customers can hear them and can understand them. I just play along so they don’t sabotage my food. Don’t try to do anything out of order or they will *error* *error* *error* like a stuck robot against the wall. Example: Zombie: Hello, welcome to Subway, can I help you? TM: Yes, can I have a foot long turkey on wheat? Zombie: Ok. What kind of bread? TM: Ummmm wheat? Zombie: Ok. 6-inch or foot long? TM: What? Ummmmmm foot long? Of course it usually goes downhill from there, including a sandwich that is piled up in a manner that is in bigger disarray than the main depository area of a garbage dump. Nothing hinting at an even distribution of ingredients so that you have something that resembles an enjoyable sandwich. TM always wonders: do these people ever think about the fact that you are going to EAT the thing that they are making??? Or is it just something that they brainlessly do that they perceive as an annoying formality so they can collect a paycheck? Baffling. Baffling I say!

Just like what everyone already mentioned, they are very, very stingy with the veggies. This is disappointing compared to other Subway locations. I normally go to the one on Carson street by Carnegie school or the one on Figueroa and Torrance blvd. Anyways, I went around 1:30pm and there was no line, yet I felt very rushed. My server was Anthony and he would grab a bunch of veggies and every single veggie I wanted, he’d have something to put back from his hand because apparently, my sandwich has enough. I constantly had to keep saying can i get more than that, but still he barely added anything. I only like this location because they have horchata, but I know next time I’ll make the trip to other locations because this one, sucks a lot!

Everyone is correct on the amount or lack of amount of veggies put on the sandwiches. Staff seems relatively pleasant which is why they get the extra star here along with the nice looking seating area. I won’t be coming back

The ghettoest of the ghetto Subways. Every single time I go here, they put a TON of lettuce, but anything else they are so goddamn stingy with, you’d think it comes out of their paycheck. Want more olives? Nope, they’ll put on 2 – 3 more. If you ask again, she’ll do a little magic trick and«pretend» to grab move olives, but then just move around a few that were already on your sandwich. Same with pepperoncinis, whatever… if you ask for more they’ll do their little sleight-of-hand and in the end you’ll still end up with like 6 olives on your sandwich.

DONOTCOMETOTHISSUBWAY! They are highly untrained, lack customer service, and rush you to get you in and out. This is the first subway that I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. There were two people in line and four people behind the counter. I had two sandwiches made. Throughout my requests I had to repeat myself several times and found myself saying«please add some more». The girl throwing my sandwich together(ANA) was very lazy. She started closing my sandwich before I was done. I asked for mayonnaise she barely cracked it open and squirted some in. Had I seen how much, I would have asked for more. I then asked for salt and pepper and without opening it she sprinkles it on the side of the sandwich where it’s separated. That’s what set me over and I said«can you open it and put it on the sandwich»? At this point she looked fed up. Which inspired me to write this review. If you like subway, there’s one a mile or two away from here. If you have to come to this one avoid ANA.

I usually try my hardest to bring a lunch to work, but sometimes life gets away from you and you find yourself starving at lunchtime so Subway comes in handy. This is one of two locations that are roughly equal distance from my work and I usually pick the other location without thinking about it, but my visit to this location today reminded me why. I just went in around 12:30 on a Tuesday. Clearly lunch rush was happening. The workers have no idea about how to efficiently manage the line and are challenged to understand anything other than the names of ingredients. The girl in front of me in line wanted her bread hollowed out. It took two people to figure out what she meant. They’re also SUPER skimpy on the veggies. Same girl ahead of me in line was getting a veggie sandwich and she had to ask for more of each ingredient at least 3 times to get what appeared, to me at least, to be a reasonable portion of veggies. By the time it came around to being my turn I didn’t have the patience to also put in 3 requests for more olives, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, mustard, EVERYTHING. So I just took my sad sandwich and rushed back to work. Was it the worst sandwich I’ve ever had? No. Will I come to this Subway again when there is another(much better) one nearby? Again, No.

This subway location should change its name from«subway eat fresh» to «subway eat less(get less)» whatever one you please. The workers are polite but they are stingy as hell with their vegetables, this is the only location I leave with a sandwich that is 90% bread. When i unwrap my sandwich I want to see a meal with the insides showing not a loaf with a slit in the middle of the bread. The bread should never be touching one another. This is a picture of my 6 inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki, from this photo you wouldn’t be able to tell which sandwich I got unless stated.

I go to this place because its the closest Subway to me. The service is OK some of the ladies there are stingy with the portions and they make sloppy sandwiches sometimes, they just fall apart. There is a young maybe Filipino guy there, he always looks like he doesn’t want to be at work, and I’ve seen him give some of the customers there attitude when they are being indecisive. My favorite person there is Maria, she’s always so friendly and knows how to make a sandwich, she always greets you with a smile and makes small talk. Overall this subway is OK.

Came here after shopping at Ikea so we were pretty tired. We arrived during the lunch rush so the line was long. The employees were efficient and speedy to get everyone their subs in a timely manner. We ate there and after 10 minutes pass by, I notice we were the only ones there(yay for some piece and quiet)! This subway was nice and clean, the employees were nice and I always make sure to say Thank You and smile. I’m happy it was right near the exit so we could eat and be in our way. I’m loving that any sub is $ 5.00 during September.

Stoping here suring lunch hour means«a very long line»(probably be in line for about 10−15minutes, not exagerating), yes they do have steady traffic of people coming in to order subs but the people that operate this Subway move veeery slow. Two stars because they are definitely stingy at this location! WOW from Eric’s review, pointing this out in February 2011, I can tell you nothing has changed here, still stingy(and still operated by filipinos, lol).

This subway is stingy!!! Runned by filipinos(I’m filipino myself). They’re more about sandwhich perfection as oppose to giving me more veggies for my damn money… BOO! I’ll take my hard earn money to another subway who will make my sandwhich all sloopy with loads and loads of veggies and meat.
