I was in desperate need of somewhere to store my extra stuff that didn’t fit in my tiny garage. I work down the street from here and noticed it one day. The customer service provided by the onsite manager Ray was professional and incredibly friendly and courteous. Now thanks to Ray and Storage Etc. I have a place to keep my personal belongings.

So very sorry to report that Anthony Sanchez did not do the favors we asked of him which cost us about $ 450 in RV house batteries and related expenses. If we had known he was not going to do what he so agreeably said he would we could have asked a friend to go in and do it for us. It is very disappointing to us to encounter just one more instance of someone not doing what they say they will do. What a let down and huge unnecessary expense!

No frills here, but no nonsense either. Great service from Robert, who called me in advance to confirm my space reservation and gave me a really fun tour of the facilities. He set me up with automatic payments too, so I don’t have to worry about my stuff — it’s safely out of mind. Perfect.

These guys are great. I stored my car there for 3 months and there were no problems. When I got back I found out that I forgot to take the lead off of my battery and so my car was dead. The guy who was working there was nice enough to give my car a jump start. :)

It’s a little rough around the edges but you can’t beat the price for storage. Has the cheapest vehicle storage in the South Bay Area. Anthony was very knowledgable and helpful. I loved that it was located so close to the freeway and that it was in a secure facility. Would definitely rent again. Rented for 8 months and had no issues.

The first thing that comes to mind is cheap storage. Anthony was the one helping me out. He was helpful and willing to show me different units.
Also, I was told that when I’m done withe the unit, I just come in and close out the account. I presume that means no proration, so if you will be moving out do so at the end of the month.

My complain for this place is they are too slow when it comes to customer service the lady that is assign during sunday is just too slow pwople doesn’t have all day to wair for your slowness we are paying customers and we only step to your office once a month to pay dues so please increase your people even though it’s the weekend. The guy who’s with her doesn’t so anything what yhe point of them two in the odfixe if he can’t help him with the payments.
Another complain is when our storage got trashed by our next door tenant they just told is that the tenant moved and not renting with them anymore, my reaction is just WOW just like that after we took out big pieces of wood door inside our storage space and imagine we pay for monthly rent to what? get our storage trashed by some old tenant who cannot put their junk to the trash bin. After sending them pictures their are no action made.

I should have checked Unilocal reviews before I rented here. The place is dilapidated, but the worst part is the customer service. Anthony is terribly rude. Obviously, the corporate offices are aware of it as evidenced by responses to previous reviews, and staff at other Storage Etc. facilities are well aware of Anthony’s infamy; yet, he remains more important than the customers. Why rent from any Storage Etc. facility if the company has so little regard for its customers? With so many storage places around, I choose to pay a bit more. My stuff is safe, not melting in an 10′ by 15′ oven, and I am treated with respect — all of which are worth much more.

I give this place 2 stars because of how cheap it is. But don’t let that fool you. Upon arrival I was told I was going to have my unit swept out. It wasn’t. I was also told that if I move my belongings out before the end of the month, I will be prorated. This was not the case. This place likes to misinform you.
I would also like to piggy back off of what every body else has said about the management. Anthony has absolutely some of the worse customer service skills and is completely rude on the phone! Why this person is still the manager is beyond me. I can see from previous reviews that other customers have dealt with the same person and this issue has not been resolved. I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it to anyone, unless all they care about is cheap pricing.

I was looking for a place to store my new travel trailer. The staff was helpful and polite. I was driven around to look at both spaces available. All my questions were answered. When I went back the next day to reserve, once again, I was treated well.
I dropped my trailer off today. My only issue is it looks like they need to resurface the asphalt. My spot is fine, but some spaces have dips and are irregular. The lines separating the spaces are worn and are not visible in school me areas.
All and all, well worth the cost!

I’ve had my storage here over 4 years. I love this place! Never a problem in all these years. The people in the office have always been very nice. Though, I’ve seen many faces come and go, the manager is still the same. Anthony is always laid back, easy to work with, and makes me feel like I have nothing to worry about regarding security or anything! It’s my 1st long time storage, and I don’t plan on giving up my spot. I feel safe having my belongings here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager Anthony talks to you like you owe him to have their services. I felt so embarrassed speaking with him today. He literally spoke to me like I was his child and it took so much for me to just bite my tongue and walk out without giving him a piece of my mind. He was so rude. If I could go back and use another facility I would but hauling all my stuff out and placing it at another storage unit is just too much work. I hate that place just because of the service.

This was the first time I had to store anything long-​term (about 6 months) and I was pleased with the service this facility provided.
I had reserved a larger unit than what I actually needed. Upon arriving to inspect and rent the unit, I spoke to the manager and he actually convinced me to downsize. I’m glad he did, because the unit I got was a much better fit for all of my stuff (a 1 bedroom apartment’s worth) and it was cheaper.
He then gave me about a 10% discount on the advertised price.
Renting a truck from this location was also breeze. They have a few Budget trucks on site, so I reserved one for my moving day.
On the day of the move, I pulled the loaded truck up as close to my storage unit as I could get it. Loading my stuff into the storage unit was fairly easy with some help from my friends. The «hallways» between units were wide enough to fit my dining room table, queen size bed, dresser, etc., without any hassle.

Paid my monthly rental, checked on my jet-ski’s and found missing items. Went to talk with the onsite manager he said, «this is not my regular facility and couldn’t help».

Cheap storage bad protection and absolute rude customer service. If you get anthony on the phone, don’t bother talking because he clearly likes to hear his own voice and does not listen to customers at all. I had to literally ask him does he mind if I get a sentence in. I would have kept my things in storage there but after his rude behavior I informed him I would just move my things out in seven days. Furthermore, their prices are too high they have excessive fees and the storage units are bootleg and dusty because they are outside. It’s best to go somewhere else if your thinking about renting a storage unit. I’m big on customer service and when I’m spending my money you can rest assure I expect someone to be courtesy!

Is there a no star rating? I’m sorry but, this Storage facility is horrible!
Customer service — there was no one to pick up phones at the Actual facility. After three calls with different people I learn it’s a call center located in Missouri who kept saying that the manager was just on the other line and was busy when actually the place was unfortunately closed for the day. How do they not know that?
The place is a DUMP — Looks like your in the 909 off the 215 freeway. The office is a motor home. Dust clouds everywhere from all the sand/​dirt kicking up. When we were there someone was locked inside the gates and couldn’t get out. Additionally no one was in the office to help him out it was 2pm in the afternoon.
I suggest you have your call center more informed if you’re hiring them to pick up your phones to represent you.
