Aside from being welcoming and a total sweetheart, the owner Florence was extremely knowledgable on how to maximize my refund. She knew the ins & outs like the back of her hand. Ida is awesome too! They give referral discounts and I got my long form 2015’s done for only $ 55 thanks to that! Yeahhhh buddy!

Florence gives a great service and knows exactly whats she is doing. Very helpful and wise lady, not to mention the prices. Will diffidently come back for her service.

Florence Sanchez is the best when it comes to doing income taxes. (Sorry dad. hehe.)
This is my second year coming to her after my coworker recommended me. Now 4 people from my office goes to her. 1 of the 4 coworker who has recently moved to another state didn’t want to go to anyone else for her taxes — she told me she scanned and faxed/​emailed her docs to Florence to handle them.. I believe most of her business are from family and friend referrals, which is great.
This year i would’ve owed several thousands of $ due to my 1099’s, but Florence worked her magic and actually got me money back! I couldn’t believe it. I would’ve been ecstatic to just have broke even. I’m glad she helped me itemize by using my charitables/​donations, medical, auto expenses, property tax, etc, which i would’ve overlooked or ignored if I was doing my own taxes.
Her prices are really reasonable and lower than what other people are charging.
I have already recommended my best friend and my boyfriend to do their taxes with her for 2016.
There is no reason I would stop coming back yearly. =)

After doing my own taxes online for years, I was not happy with the initial results this year. Florence Sanchez came recommended, and I’m glad I gave her a shot.
I made an appointment and she was available, even during the hectic days leading up to the filing deadline. Unfortunately there was a rather long wait, even with an appointment scheduled, but that wait was worth it.
Her rate is reasonable, and not much different than if I had filed myself. She found helped me go through items on the long form that I never would have considered on my own. This resulted in a more accurate and beneficial tax return. What would have been a debt had I done my own taxes had turned into a return due to Florence’s accounting know-​how.
While doing my own taxes online was okay and kind of convenient, going to Sanchez services was well worth the tiny bit of extra effort.
