THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! I want the world to know about his work. We had major problems with ants in and outside the house. When I spoke with him over the phone, he said he would do the inside and outside. well, when we had moved everything to the center, he was surprised and did not want to spray the inside. He is not physically fit for this job. His weight and medical history requires him to take frequent breaks. He was very disappointed to know his client was african and stated he does not like «our kind». he complained the whole time and stated we were cheap. he did not want to work at all. I was told in the agreement that we had 90 day guarantee. when I reached out to him via text, he would write how he was hoping to never hear from us, especially my sister and father. he has cancelled on us twice after my father had moved things around the house. I have tried to remain professional, while he has continued to show how unprofessional he is. I sent him a picture of the ants but he denied it. He then suddenly told me his license is provoked. if there is anyone out there interested in hiring him, I guarantee this will be your biggest regret and waste of money and time. I would rather pay much more than to have to deal with him. he did not get the job done, was incredibly disrespectful, lazy, and unprofessional. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!
If I could give negative reviews surely this man would have over a dozen.

Let me tell you termites are no joke and obtaining honest estimates of what it required is dunting. I had estimates from two well known large companies and each company quoted various methods of treatment thta were pretty extensive and far apart from each other in terms of treatment and price. I then decided to give a Small Business termite company an opportunity. That was a good decision on my part. I called Mr. Mance Peete on Monday morning and he came over Monday evening to do an inspection and returned on Tuesday morning to go under my home. After his inspection of the property, he provided plan for treatment and a price for the work. I advised him of my desire to get the work done immediately and my other criteria, He was able to comply with every request. Once we agreed on the start date which was Wednesday of the same week he had his people in motion. They came in working to get the first phase of treatment done for sub-​termites and the next day (Thursday) to tent the house for dry wood termites. On Wednesday while his crew was working outside, he assisted me to get the food items packed in the double bags. This was something he did not have to do, but I surely appreciated his assistance. The crew that did the tenting had the house covered so fast, we were in the way. The house was secured and we had no issues. Mr. Peete called the Gas Company to have the gas turned off and on. We had no glitches throughout the whole process. I returned home on Saturday morning as planned and had people over to my house Saturday evening as promised. This was a prositive experience. Timeliness, honesty, commitment, quality, fairness are partial qualities I would use to describe my experience with Mr. Peete. His phone number is maintained in my favorites for future business needs. This is a Small Business that out performed the Big companies by far. Mr. Peete is an honet businessman with a commitment to provide quaity at affordable prices. I’m happy to report a 5 Star experience and I would recommend him to YOU!!! Margarette T.

We had gotten a few estimates for tenting our house and found it really hard to get in touch with the big termite companies and felt like the cost they gave didn’t include all costs for repairs, etc.
I decided to look on Unilocal and found Rapid Pest Solutions! Mance is very friendly and is available anytime via phone or text. He was up front with the cost (which was HALF of what other companies had been quoting) and they did all the repairs including painting any wood they replaced. Unheard of with the big companies.
He goes above and beyond… There was an issue with the gas shut off and the gas company charged us for the shut off. I contacted him when I noticed the charge which happened to be a few months after the repair and after he had received full payment and Mance came over and paid for it in person!
I highly recommend him for any exterminating or pest control issues you may have.

had a few estimates done elsewhere and found some termite guys to be quite pushy. i had a recommendation from a friend to check with mance at rapid pest solutions. called him and had him come out and inspect my property. mance was very knowledgeable in this field and i can see how determined he is to rid you of pest. had my whole house done and saved well over 300 dollars compared to other estimated. good job the crew did a perfect job couldnt tell they were they, mance also hooked up a litlle bonus work for me too…

I had termites in several parts of my house and made many calls to Craigslist and Unilocal listings, got several estimates. I talked to Mance on the phone and got a cool vibe from him right away, so I decided to have him come do the work. He was very knowledgeable and likable. He answered all my questions (and I had many). He quoted me a reasonable price and ended up doing even more work than he promised.
Also, my handyman carelessly discarded termite-​infected wood from a window right next to my (uninfected) wooden garage door; Mance spotted that and treated that infected wood as well.
It’s that attention to detail that makes me a very satisfied customer. He set my mind at ease, and when the time comes to tent my home, I’ll be calling Mance again.

Mance, (owner of Rapid Pest), came to my home this summer. He spent two intense hours thoroughly destroying the termite colony in our large old dusty attic. He had a powerful tank that pumped a whole bunch of non-​toxic termite-​destroying chemical. He soaked all the wood in the entire attic… which is the best way to make sure all termites are killed. This also prevents the termites from being able to come back.
He promised that he was going to spray every square inch of my attic to «make sure that no termite is left behind». I am sure that there is not one damned living termite left in my house.
We had a termite colony in our attic for years, but i never took care of the problem because every time i consulted a big termite company, they wanted to charge so much. Every termite company uses the same approach: they send over an inspector/​consultant who always gives a phony marketing presentation and a shiny brochure and a big fat quote.
I once almost went ahead with tenting because a salesman had convinced me it was the ONLY solution. This was stressful because it would have been a logistical nightmare. Another time i had a company spray my attic but they were doing such a bad job that i told them to stop and leave. It was obvious they were cutting corners because they were very quickly spraying a few areas in my attic. That is NOT the way you get rid of a colony that has been living there for many years!
I went to craigslist to find an alternative. I found Mance’s name. I liked talking to him because there was none of that fake corporate marketing crap going on. When he came to my home, he did a full search of my property and gave me a great price.
A big benefit of using a small company like this is that you have the owner of the company doing the work himself… so the quality of work is very high.
There is so much false marketing out there in this industry. For services like this, small companies rule over the big corporate expensive rip-​offs.
I have since used Mance two more times at an apartment building i own in Hollywood… once for termites, and another time for fleas. I had a major flea infestation this summer because i had nearly ten stray cats living under and around the building. Mance safely relocated the kitties… and zapped all the fleas.
