FTF Training Center

Went to my first boot camp this morning at 6am. Trainers were so encouraging very nice!!! Feel great!!! I’m so glad I joined. Thank you Carl.

So let’s see where do I start?! I started with FTF around September of 2015. I was referred by my cousin who has one on one sessions with Jeff. Upon walking in I was greeted by Kilo, Nikki, Jeff and Carl. I talked with them for a bit about my goals and what I wanted to accomplish. After our talk I decided to come back the next day to try it out and boy did I love it. I never sweated so much in my life… During the workout everyone was so encouraging it wasn’t like other gyms where you feel like you’re being judged for not being on the same level as everyone else… It’s more like let’s help each other get through the workout. Which is what I really loved about it. The coaches are friendly, really goofy and they are very knowledgeable along with the members. They push you to work hard without being overbearing and make sure you are doing the movements correctly. They give you meal plans which are really easy to follow all you have to do is follow it, show up to the gym, work hard and I guarantee you will get the results you are looking for… I see FTF as a family I’m proud to be apart of and I’m sure you will be too. If I miss a day I get sad lol. I encourage you to come out and join us I promise you will love it.
I just completed my first 6 week challenge with them and I’m happy to say I lost 20.1 lbs in the challenge. I don’t think I would have ever reached my goal without them. I have always been a big girl and seeing my body shrink is scary yet exciting but hearing the members and coaches say how good I’m doing and how great I’m looking is making it all worth while. FTF is where you need to be!

I found out about FTF through a friend who at the time had been going to the gym for 5 months and she looked so good. I wanted to check them out so I went with my friend for a free trial.
I am going to be honest — I felt so nervous because I had not stepped foot in a gym in over 4 years. I was expecting a gym filled with super fit individuals and equipment/​contraptions that I would have no clue how to use. To my surprise, I was greeted by two really friendly coaches, Jeff and Carl. The gym members were all at different levels of fitness and were also very friendly.
I spoke to Carl for a short time and told him how desperate I was to get fit. He was very knowledgable and explained how his gym works. I proceeded to get ready for the free trial but was very nervous. I immediately felt at ease when Coach Jeff walked me through a muscle rolling session as he explained why it was important to do this step before every class. I could tell that this place was like no other gym I had been to… these guys actually cared. They explained every move and demonstrated the workout moves before the class began.
I am so proud to say that I have been with FTF for almost 4 months now and I love my 2^nd family. Everyone here works to help each other succeed and reach their fitness goals. I am happy to say that I have lost 30lbs since I have been with the FTF family. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants results and is willing to fight for their fitness!

I’m so happy I joined FTF. I love working out this way. The workouts are challenging, yet rewarding and fun. The trainers are very knowledgeable, and motivating. The members are kind and encouraging as well. It’s such a positive environment. I have learned a wealth of information on meal planning and prepping, and how to properly perform an exercise for every muscle in my body. And I’m thrilled with my results. Down 10lbs and 1 ½ in off my waist in 6 weeks, with more strength and stamina than I’ve had in years. Thank you FTF Family, looking forward to our continued success.

Best training center I’ve ever been to! The coaches are awesome and are highly motivating! They really care about your fitness goals! The sessions are intense and you leave feeling more confident about yourself! Love this place!

March makes it 2 years I’ve been with FTF and it’s a journey I appreciate. I would recommend a friend to FTF because it’s a fun environment with great trainers that wants it so bad for you to be healthy they are attentive and readily available to fill you with encouragement.
It’s fun, because everyday the workout is something new.
Also, surrounded by people that pushes you as well…
I must say You have to be physically and mentally ready to start any fitness goal, so why not start it at FTF?!! :)

Prior to joining FTF, I have struggled with weight fluctuations for years. I’ve tried it all! Bikram yoga, cross fit, running marathons (ran4!), becoming vegetarian at one point, medical weight lost, etc. Despite everything I’ve done in the past, I have never seen results like the ones I have seen with FTF in this amount of time! So far I have lost 17.5lbs, lots of inches, 2 – 3 dress sizes, and in ONLY 6 weeks!
I highly recommend FTF because it’s fun, it’s challenging and you’ll never get bored! Every single day is different and the environment is so motivating and uplifting! I started out with really bad knee issues, but the workouts were personally modified, though still helped me to achieve results. The coaches, esp. Carl and Jeff are awesome and motivating! They send out regular emails, texts + posts, etc with tips and ways to help keep you up to speed to reaching your goals. Not only do they help you physically, but they also provide resources on nutrition and how to make better choices. Weighing in regularly keeps you accountable and helps motivate you to see your progress. Lastly, all the members are fun to be with, motivating and truly are like a second family!

I can truthfully say that joining FTF has been one of my BEST decisions I’ve ever made. For years I was searching for something to guide me toward a lifestyle change I so desperately desired. That’s what I wanted, to be a better, happier, healthier version of myself. I can genuinely say that becoming a member of FTF has been a step in the right direction. The trainers sat with me and laid out a meal plan that was easy to follow and still tasty. On days when I’m not feeling «it», I get a friendly reminder and encouragement of why I need to keep going.
I’m going to let you know now that it is NOT easy. But I will also tell you that something worth having NEVER is.
I look forward to the classes. At the end of the class when you’re feeling beat, there is no greater feeling than knowing you accomplished it.
Additionally, I have met really wonderful members that uplift me. There are certain times where I feel I can’t go on and members look at me and say «KEEP GOING, WE’RE ALMOST DONE». I return the favor as well. Where else can you find that support? At the very end of the class we high five each other for the awesome work we put in. It’s a very rewarding feeling.

I’ve been going to FTF Training Center since the beginning of January, and its been great! The trainers push you hard, yet remain supportive and encouraging. The workouts are always different, making each day a challenge. No way you’re gonna get bored working out here! This isn’t a Crossfit gym, so there are no grunting powerlifters here; instead its core members are regular people who want to get fit, and encourage each other to reach their individual goals. The staff is also very knowledgeable about nutrition, which is so often the missing link between success and failure. They stress «lifestyle change,» not just diet and exercise. If you’re looking for a program that will snap you out of that «treadmill funk» and really get you working towards total body fitness, this is the place.

I have had many gym memberships, but none of them compare to FTF. At the other gyms I’d go in lost, not knowing what to do or if I was doing it right. And of course as soon as I would start feeling tired or uncomfortable I would walk out because «I was too tired to continue». I had no one checking up on me, my progress or guiding me. And after a while of going so often and not seeing any change I started to believe maybe surgery was my only answer.
Fast forward to the beginning of this year. I joined FTF’s 6 week challenge and I am happy every day that I made the choice to do so. The trainers there are amazing. They encourage you to do better. They don’t allow you to cheat YOURSELF out of the work outs and are always there if you have questions or are in need of that little extra motivation. These work out are tough, but they work! They also provide you with meal planning which honestly can be the hardest thing. And it feels great to walk in and feel like your part of a family, because that’s exactly how they treat you. Again, I am so happy I joined this challenge and got to meet the members and awesome trainers! Carl, Jeff, Jas and Nick… thank you for everything!! You guys are awesome!

I didn’t believe in the process… I didn’t believe in my trainers… I didn’t believe in me… I had to let people who knew more then me lead… I had to have faith enough in them to let them take the lead… at first I wasn’t listening to them, and I almost gave up… because the work was HARD… and I was just LAZY… it took some months to trust them… but I had to trust myself first!!!
things I would say to myself
1.why can’t I lose the weight…
2. maybe I should get the weight lost surgery… because working out at FTF is hard work!!!
3. I will only eat one meal a day… NO sweet treat
once I got self doubt out of my head… I knew I could do it… I knew that I had trainers that really understood and knew what they were talking about… I have other people in the gym that are on the same journey that I’m on… I have cried so many times to Carl, and he just listen… and he picked me back up… what it all boils down to… I was embarrassed about my body… and that was the reason why I was fighting back… all of the trainers are there to help me… I know that I will lose more weight because I have faith in them… but most of all I have the strength, courage, FAITH, and TRUST to know that this weight is coming off… I’m talking my life back in a healthy way…

Today I signed up for the 14 day fat furnace boot camp for $ 67. I must say, I’ve never worked out like that in my life. I realized I was way more out of shape than I thought, but the trainers were very encouraging and pushed me to keep going (without being too pushy).
I’m excited to see how the next 13 workouts go and to see my results. Very clean facility and professional staff.

This place is awesome! I signed up for their 6 week weight loss challenge and I’ve lost 7.7lbs in 2 weeks! I’ve never lost weight so quickly!!! No short cuts or magic pills! They give you meal plans to follow as well at at home workouts. If you come in and work hard you will get the results you want. The coaches push you to do your best!

FTF Carson is amazing!
The staff are overall friendly and great trainers. They push you through to finish a workout and are on you if you are doing the exercise wrong or with bad posture. I did a month workout deal offer and I saw progress fast. You are also added to their facebook page where you see posts of healthy pics of food and meal preps that encouraged me to eat healthy. I was off for a month due to finance problems, so I saved up enough money for another month of FTF because its just that good! Highly recommend this place if your looking to see results in a friendly, family feeling environment!

Extremely disappointed in the way this gym attracts there clientele. First let me start by saying I have never worked out in this gym. I’ve been inside and it looks like a fully equipped nice facility. I was lured in through a Facebook post stating they were looking for «30 motivated people to join there 6 week training boot camp for free» «They will pay for my transition» what I needed to do: be motivated, follow there instructions and be serious and «they will give me the tools to transition my life» I was really interested and applied Immediately. Even more excited that I was one of 30 people chosen to join the «Free 6 week challenge «supposedly over 150 applicants. I’m extremely excited to say the least. Weight loss has always been a challenge for me. I paid $ 25 up front to «reserve my spot» arrived at orientation, listened to there motivation speeches i. e «what they could do for me» still listening I’m ready to sign up! I figured after the 6 weeks of boot camp they would try to get me to join the gym for a price but. If it works to me it would be totally worth it. 45 min later at the orientation meeting that I paid $ 25 for. Really not sure why I had to pay it to «hold my spot». When supposedly I was already chosen as 1 of the 30. But they did say I would be refunded, which I was. We were told we had to pay $ 297 by 2:00 that day (which was 45 minutes from than) or the offer would expire. WTF? Never did anyone say in the at least 10 emails I received or in the fine print that my «free 6 week challenge» would cost me money up front and it was demanded payment within 45 min. I was so upset of this let down. I was in a room where at least 75% of the people expressed the same feelings. We were told «well than your not serious or motivated «or «you can’t put a price on your health» I’m sorry but FTF but you just did. $ 297 to be exact plus my $ 25 deposit. They made us all feel like losers!!! They lured us in with false claims of free personal training, meal planning assistance and other stuff. It all sounded great but the way they tried to take are money was bad business. It was HORRIBLE! Than before leaving made us «check a box» on a sheet of paper they provided us that was pre-​typed. It gave us 2 options Yes we’re are ready to make a change and were were serious about a life change and we agreed to pay $ 297.00 within the next 45 mins. OR check the box stating we didn’t want to loose the weight and we we’re not motived or serious!!! JUST BECAUSE I CAN’T AFFORD TO PAY THE $ 297.00 DOESN’T MEAN I’M NOT SERIOUS! You made me feel bad about myself! You DID NOT motivate me. I left your gym with tears in my eyes and I left in extreme disappointment! I do want to
also mention that the $ 297 would be refunded to me if I lost any weight in the 6 weeks. Than it was mentioned only if I lost 20lbs. I asked would it be refunded if I lost 17 or 18 lbs? No it would not.

It’s been 8 months since I walked through the FTF doors and began my fight to fitness. I had loss my motivation and needed a place where I could get a good solid workout in and still have time to get back to being a mom for my 3 kiddos. I found a place with supportive coaches, intense workouts and other motivated moms. There were people at all fitness levels and everyone was welcoming and helpful. Anyone who gives this place a real chance will see the results.

I really wanted to like this place. I really did but after a month I was disappointed. Before joining I was a work out a home type of person. Ive completed the insanity, t-​25, 21 day fix program (which I love and saw major results from) I lost 31lb to date but I wanted something more. I wanted more definition. I saw this place on FB and decided to sign up for a free class.
I went in for free class and it was intense, I liked it and I signed up for an unlimited membership. Which I thought included a meal plan, a one on one with a trainer, weekly weigh ins etc. I mean for $ 197/​month you should get something right!!!
Wrong! After a month I was left disappointed. No one took my before photo, no one took my weight, my measurements. I asked trainer Carl after a Saturday workout about my measurement and the response I received was «we no longer do that because in the past we had some husbands get upset that we were so close to their wives»
This left be bewildered and confused. You’re a workout place that doesn’t take measurements and this is the response you give! Lmao hilarious.
So I decided that after my first month I wouldn’t be back. So once they tried to process month two payment and it didn’t go through (because I got a new card in the mail) I received a call from Nikki. Who kindly said to me «this is the first I’m hearing of this and all of our other members don’t have any issues» as if I’m stupid for not knowing they had my meal plan online.
No one told me that they have online member access and that everything was there. She said I would have set this up, once I signed up. I said oh really, let me check. She directed me to the site and guess what! My email address wasn’t registered. So how did I sign up for this online access if my email was not registered??? It was directing me to sign up as a new user. She also said «we don’t know what you don’t know» I’m like ok true, but is it not procedure to set up a new member with measurements, weight etc. I asked her what am I pay $ 197 for? Just to use the facility?
There workouts are about 30min on average. So after a month, no one noticed that they didn’t get my weight?
She tired to rectify the situation by having me come in the next day and that she would walk me through setting everything up. By this time it was too late.
If you sign someone up, the first thing (in my opinion) you should take their photo, measurements etc. I had to ask for this?
And no one even talked to me about meal plan, I mean some people have diet restrictions. I’m a vegetarian so was the meal plan generic or is it tailored for the individual?
Needless to say I won’t be back.

I started training here about a month ago and I must say that I did make a right choice, I used to be a gym rat and love working out but since I was diagnosed for having Myasthenia Gravis my workout routine changed, I didn’t have energy to workout and gained few pounds .So I decided to change my routine and try this bootcamp class since its much closer to home .
I was a bit shy on my first day, but everybody made me feel at home, they were all supportive especially the coaches Carl and Jeff. Since then I started to gain my confidence, my strength and starting to lose weight, And can’t wait to reach my goals.

When I first started at FTF I didn’t think I was going to continue working out here but I had a lot of encouragement here and after a month I really like the results. Carl and Jeff really know they’re doing. They focus on everyone and I’m surrounded by good people that work hard and push me to keep going. I’m very happy to be here and wish more people to join our FTF family.

My sister has been asking me to try out FTF since April 2014. I kept telling her «no, thank you» or «I’m not ready.» But after gaining 15+lbs the past year (along with the other 15+lbs I’ve been wanting to lose) and seeing how my sister was getting so fit, I finally bit the bullet and signed up during their Memorial Day special.
I started on June 1^st. I was so nervous. I felt so intimidated. I had not worked out in almost a year and I was afraid everyone was going to laugh at me. That was not the case at all. The coaches, Carl and Jeff, are awesome! They both made sure I was doing the exercises correctly as to not hurt myself. They kept checking on my form and making sure I was OK. The members, right off the bat, make you feel welcome too. I noticed that they motivate each other. You can see that everyone genuinely care about each other and are friends.
The workouts will definitely get you sweating and moving. It’s intense. Go on your own pace. You don’t need to compete with anyone else there. I was so sore, but I came back the next day… and the day after, and the day after. I was hooked.
Today, July 8^th, I am down 15lbs and feeling stronger than I ever have. I still have a ways to go, but I could not have gone this far without the help and support of my FTF Family. Of course, I didn’t do it with exercise alone, I cut out white rice, soda, and sweets. Don’t get me wrong, I still reward myself with a hamburger or a donut. But honestly, I don’t have the cravings I used to have everyday… everyday!
Do yourself a favor, try one of their workouts. It’s only 30 minutes. You have nothing to lose, but a few hundred calories!
Lastly, thank you FTF for making me LOVE working out!
