It was like I time traveled upon entering this location and not in a fun adventurous way. The building from the outside looks fine but once you enter you notice the extremity of it’s very much needed renovation. I only went in there to buy a couple of items that I needed since I was eating at PJ’s which is across the parking lot and I didn’t feel like driving any further to a different drug store. After finding what I needed I headed towards the front where there were two lanes. Neither lane specified what they were for. There were about 4 people on the right lane and only one person on the left lane so of course I go stand behind the only man standing on the left. It turns out that the right lane was for Western Union. Why not have a sign that specifies it? There was only one woman behind the register attending both lanes. She took care of the Western Union folks first which took quite some time. I stood in line for a little over 10 minutes just to buy two items. It’s not worth coming in here. It’s basically a very dated 99¢ store that happens to have a pharmacy in the back.

My wife and I prefer using Crown Drugs over the large corporate big name pharmacies mainly due to the fact that they are friendly, and save us about 30 minutes of time not spent at the big name pharmacy trying to fill the meds in person. Apparently, Crown is one of the few remaining pharmacies that uses delivery drivers who deliver the medications straight to the patients’ homes. So instead of driving to a pharmacy and waiting 15, 30, 45 minutes for the prescription to be filled, we ask our doctor to send the prescription to Crown so their delivery person can get it to us later in the day. The driver is always very friendly. I can’t comment on the condition of their store because we have never had to go there. Easy!

This place is the worst service ever. I couldn’t even give one star. My daughters’ doctor gave the prescription for acne cream, specific to this pharmacy. So i called, and the lady who takes care of this named Briz told me to text the info to her cell phone(’cause i live far away), she’ll work on it and give me a call. After a couple days she didnt call or text me to let me know that she got the info. So i called her and confirmed, she said she got it and will call me back. After three weeks, nothing happened, i called her, she said she still working on it and let me know. Six weeks passed, i called again she said still working… and never called me… Thee months later i called again and guess what she said she lost her phone and dont have the info and asked me to send it again… WTF!!! By the way, every time i called they put me on hold for 5 – 10 min… and i asked to speak with the manager they put me on hold again… i didnt have time to wait and gave up… so we never got our medicine and i just hope that my daughter’s info didnt go anywhere for identity theft. This was the worst service. I think they should close the business if they dont care about their customers or change the new management system or let go that lady named Briz.

Avoid this place like the plague! Oh wow, this place is a hot mess. It looks like they started construction on it and never finished it. I came here once, and once was enough. The employees were nice, but man was this place in a sad state. =(
