TonTon gives the best customer service, no doubt. My family has been going to this cellphone shop since who knows when. It’s located in Carson, along Main St. –by Casa Filipina bakery.
Whenever we have issues with our phone bills or when our phones decide to malfunction, TonTon always saves the day! Long story short, I needed an upgrade once again because losing my new 6s and downgrading to one of our old phones ain’t crackin’! I ordered a 6s gold, 64GB to begin with. Only to have my mind change the next day with the help of my cousin. She persuaded me to go for the 6s Plus. It was a better investment and a lot easier to use. Huge screen, quick and sensitive to the touch, camera is amazing!
Service: I called ahead of time to make sure they had the one I want in-​stock. Best thing to do before heading over because they get busy. The lady who picked up wasn’t all that enthus to help me so she said she’d call me back. No calls the rest of the day until I called back and asked for TonTon himself. He was straightforward, quick and informative. He was willing to wait for me before they closed the shop (Monday night). Not kidding, all my paperwork were set up, ready to go. I was in there for no more than 5 minutes and came out with my new phone.
Next day (Tuesday morning): I called again for a switch-​a-​roo! I was afraid I’d have to pay for the restocking fee but luckily, they were nice enough to waive it. No money down. #winning
Either it feels good to be Filipino and we get the best services when we’re here, or they’re really just that good with people!

Quick, great service. The staff is amazing. I’m in and out most of the time. I’ve been coming here since my little Nokia, Snake-​playing days. We’ve had a long journey since, and now I have the iPhone 6s Plus. Whenever they have promotions they always personally call us for the best deals. Tonton is a great guy and business man. He has awesome customer service and he’s always willing to find the best deals and phones to fit your needs and budget. They make T-​Mobile look good. Just sayin’
