Took my car to Avalon Collision on Monday as my husband put a nice size dent in the passenger door. The car was ready by Friday morning and looked great! The car was cleaned vacuumed and washed. Very very pleased with the results. Would recommend this place for reliable service and turn around time!

Gustavo did a great job on my Subaru impreza. He goes to great detail and completes the job on time. I highly recommend his shop for any type of work large or small.

I LOVE this shop! I brought in my Civic to get it fixed because I got hit pretty bad & the back door was literally stuck & wouldn’t open. When I came back to check up on it a few weeks later Gustavo showed it to me & I was so shocked at how great it looked! It’s as if nothing ever happened! What I love about this is that Gustavo goes above and beyond any expectations. He told me that my bumper had a license plate engraved on it & he fixed that up for me, I honestly never even noticed it. It was most likely because someone hit my car from behind and left it engraved on there. Every time I came in, I was greeted by Janet & she’s amazing! Always taking care of things & I would never tire from talking to her. These people are seriously the best, I’m just so happy I decided to trust my car with them! Thank you so much Avalon Collision!

I have a good experience with Avalon Collision. Gustavo was so helpful and knows what needs to be done. He also suggest things that good in your car. I went to different car service but this place was different from other car service out there. All the employee are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place. I wanted to take my time and write a review on Avalon collision, because of the outstanding customer service provided, not only by the ladies in the office that take care of paper work, and keep in contact with customers, but also kudos to the owner Mr. Gustavo Soto and his employees in the body shop they are truly masters of their proffesion, above all delivering great service and in a timely manner, I received my car in 4 days and it looked like it was brand new coming out the dealer. So once again THANK YOU MR. GUSTAVO AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT AVALON COLLISION, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP TO EVERYONE.

I LOVE this place! I walked in to get my car’s emblem plasti dipped and from the moment I stepped foot in the place, I was well attended by Gustavo. He let me know exactly how he was going to do the job and he gave me a water bottle while I waited. He was very helpful with any questions I had! Gustavo did a GREAT job. Their shop is really clean. unlike other auto shop. seems like other shops are «chopped shops. Avalon Collision is very dependable. They treated me like their family. I highly recommend their shop!!! I had a problem with my bumper, Gustavo helped me out! He is a great guy, with great customer service. He had my car ready in the next day and I am very satisfied with the work! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I would definitely go back and I recommend that you try this shop out if you are looking for a great place to get autobody repairs done.

Took my Toyota Camry here after I was rear ended and I gotta say I couldn’t be happier. everything looks great my car looks better than ever. Gustavo was great excellent service and excellent quality. would definitely recommend this place to anybody!

I brought my car here with severe damage to the front end and the left side of my car. Gustavo is amazing, friendly, he helped me out so much. so did the ladies at the front desk. They helped me with my rental. Everything went so smoothly. My car looks like a brand new car. It’s so pretty. They replaced my whole front end and side door. They even fixed a few scratches that wasn’t a part of the accident and washed my car. They did way more than I asked for and I highly recommend this place.

Took my Car here after my Lower left Bumper of my Prius got dented after a collision. The repair was fast and efficient and quality. It only took a week for them to repair the damage and the result were amazing. You cant tell that the car was ever damaged and Gustavo, the Shop Manager, was very friendly, courteous, reasonable and straight to the point guy. He was really negotiable and gave me a fair price to the work that needs to be done. Of course, I had insurance to cover the damage but still had to pay a deductible but Gustavo was very very nice of lowering that deductible to a fair price. Overall, I would recommend this shop to whoever has work that needs to be done to their vehicle. The Shop performs quality work, excellent service and a very friendly, and courteous Manager.

I would HIGHLY recommend this body shop to any family or friends. The person who helped me was Gustavo (I might have the wrong spelling) he was very helpful with a vary good quote I have 2 cars a Nissan Altima and optima (both 2014) both cars have been serviced here many times (accident not our fault) and every time was quick and easy with marvelous results. I felt welcomed and not pressured into anything. Overall this is a wonderful body shop with by far the best prices around town.

Wow. I have never received such excellent customer service from any body shop, Luisa and Gustavo guided me throughout the process and took care of any and all of my concerns half the time all the other shops quoted me. Will definetly recommend and I plan to go back for any future needs.

Amazing work! My car was deemed totalled by the insurance company because ofbframe damage on the passenger door, but my car barely had 20,000 mikes on it! :(the insurance paid off the car and Avalon collision made my car look bran new for a very reasonable price! I am soo happy with management and their service: D hopefully I never get into another accident again but if I do I will be coming back here and referring all my friends and family!
