I was in the Hot Springs Spa store yesterday… 9−26−15. I was greeted within a normal amount of time. I asked how I’d go about getting a new cover for our existing jacuzzi. The lady had 2 choices, a new cover at $ 450.00 or a used for $ 250.00. We decided on getting the used cover, the man at the counter said he wasn’t sure he’d be able to find it nor even tried looking for it. We then told him we were strapping it to our car, he told us he wouldn’t let us do that. Lastly, he mentioned he would be in our area «Someday», he had another customer near our home town… I asked when «someday» might be a possibility… he said he had no idea. We left with money in our pocket, not his.
