A terrible pharmacy! I’ve called 3 times and each time was on hold for 15 minutes. Only for the phone to be picked up without the person saying a word and to be put on a different hold system and being forced to listen to pan-​flute music for 10 more minutes. Then the person picks up the phone, doesn’t say a word, and hangs up.
Once or twice is a mistake. Three times is abhorrent customer service and poor business practices! Fuck this place, I’m going to CVS.

The worst experience thus far at the pharmacy. It took 30 minutes to get service in the drive thru. I’m not a lazy person who just didn’t want to walk inside. I had a SICK and sleeping 3 month old infant in the car. The whole reason we were there was to get medication for him. But instead, I watched the cashiers help person after person after person, who walked in. Mind you, most those people got into line, after I pulled up to the window, in the drive thru. I didn’t even receive an apology for the waiting. This needs to be addressed.

We have a problem every time we go to you! This time the Dr. sent over a prescription on Monday and today they have no record of it. Also, we hand carried an rx in and they say they have no record. Get it together!

This is the Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Nobody ever answers the phones. The lines are always backed up. It’s expensive and as soon as it becomes more convenient for me to switch I will. I waited on the phone for over 20m I came up to the pharmacy and there is No line. Why do they never answer their phones.

I have used this pharmacy many times a month for about a year. The staff is plenty friendly, however there seems to be quite a turn around of newer people. Since the one male pharmacist retired a few months back the regular staff is more stressed. They are short staffed with the amount of business they get in such a small area. my prescriptions are getting messed up constantly and some of the employees are not educated enough to answer questions. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy and hope it is more efficient. I feel bad for the employees being overworked because of being understaffed.

Lots of great deals on candy at this drug store. Walgreens can be expensive, unless their products are on sale. Photo department is awesome, always get great help. Always a long line to get meds, the staff is alway friendly!

This is a nice Walgreens. Good selection of snacks and drinks and the prices aren’t bad at all. The folks who work here are friendly and helpful and the store itself is well organized and clean. Can’t really ask for anything more.
