I had a very unfortunate experience with the branch manager today. Instead of being treated like a customer, I was treated like a nobody. I switched banks from a big bank to this one thinking that my experience would be better, but I was wrong. I would assume if you are a branch manager you would be able to perform«under pressure». Be able to assist in any situation but instead I was treated as if my situation did not matter. I guess my time and money are not important because you feel overwhelmed by having to work in a busy environment. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to go to another bank with people that want to help you and are considerate of people’s circumstances. A bank that treats customers with dignity and respect. Ha!!! I make myself laugh sometimes, but a person could dream right?

We moved to this bank expecting something much better because our previous bank was kinda slow and messed up our payment bills. So we expected that this bank would be faster but we were wrong. It took the bank many days(more than 3 days) to post any transaction. So I guess we will stick with the big boys again because they are so fast and never mess up. So long then.
