Meet the Business Owner

NAN W.

Business Owner

Owner and Chef, Nan Watanar, attended culinary school in her home country of Thailand. There she acquired the skills to cook the many different Regional styles of Thai food. Nan loves to see people enjoy the food she has prepared for them.

She created The Basil Restaurant in 2004 with the confidence that she could create dishes that are true to the recipes, full of taste, using fresh herbs, spices and other ingredients beneficial to health.

The concept in creating The Basil is to provide dishes that are fresh, delicious and healthy. Every dish is prepared fresh, using fresh whole food ingredients, from scratch when it is ordered. Nan won’t settle for less.
