I contacted James at Perfection Connection on Feb 13 to ask for a quote on the countertops for my bakery. I spoke with him and was given his email address so I sent along the plans for the bakery as requested. I didn’t hear from him for a month and a half and when I called him today to get an update, he said he didn’t have enough information to provide a quote. When I questioned why he didn’t contact me to ask for additional information, he said in a very mean tone that he wasn’t interested in giving me a quote. I found it very unprofessional and I wish he had just told me weeks ago that he didn’t intend to do any work for us.

James is a very creative professional. The best think I did was stay out of his way. He executed his wonderful ideas. I just wish I were doing more. Our kitchen is beautiful due to James and Jeannie.

Perfection Connection lives up to their name by doing outstanding work first time around, then being responsive to the very small details that crop up after the crew leaves.
James and his crew did countertops for us and the installation, including a drop-​in sink, went smoothly and professionally.
