Just a heads up. We had reserved a toilet for my daughters up coming wedding which was to take place in South Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately our venue cancelled on us. A disgruntled event planner, we had to fire because she had our caterer quit, something he had never had to do previously, so it was her or him… we kept him. Only then did I understand the power of Unilocal!The caterer sent a link with the companies Unilocal reviews. This woman was described as being rude to guests, late 3 hours to a wedding and so on. This made our decision easy. So I called to cancel the porta potty and was told we would only get half back. There was no disclosure of this anywhere. I explained WE did not cancel… the venue cancelled. Had permission from the home owner to hold our reception there! Nevada John’s say they are a very busy and reputable company. If so you would think they could, with 3 weeks and 3 days, re-​rent the potty we were holding. I’m very displeased with them. When I talked to Rob, one of the owners, he had the attitude of «Oh, Well». You would think he would have some compassion as to what we are going through. Instead he told me what time it was, literally!, and they would ONLY be keeping half of the money and refunding the rest. I would not recommend this company. This ownerhas our money in his pocket and wasn’t willing to work with us. Go somewhere else.
