Naughty or Nice

This is one of my favorite store to go to. I love the selection and the people working there are so helpful when I’m there.

Hate to be the person with the bad review but this store has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Reason being, there is NO customer service. I walked in tonight and there was a group of three people laughing and talking in the front of the store and no one behind the register, so I didn’t even know which one, if any, of them worked there. Did any one of them greet me? No, worse. As soon as I walked in, they stopped talking and just stared at me. Like awkwardly stared at me like I was some weird stranger who had somehow interrupted their conversation by walking into a public store. Did anyone ask if they could help me? No. I wandered around the store on my own until I finally found what I was looking for (at the very back of the store.) The whole twenty minutes I was in there not one person told me hello or bothered to ask me what I was looking for or if I needed help, AT ALL. When I finally came to the front, the group of people were still there talking and laughing. Still, no one greets me or ask if they could help or if I was done shopping. Finally two of the people leave so I can finally tell who actually works there. I tell the girl I’m ready because she clearly doesn’t care to ask. Then, the entire exchange was awkward. Not an «I’m in a sex store» awkward. Been there done that. Rather, she was looking at me like she didn’t know why I was there. She didn’t even say bye or thank you until I did (and I was half way out the door.) Won’t be coming back, ever. I think there’s an Adam and Eve somewhere in Carson that I will be visiting next time.

Bought some gifts on Tuesday and they stopped working today, Friday. I tried to EXCHANGE, not return, for a similar item or store credit and was told no. I understand they have a return policy to adhere to but this has been 3 days and the merchandise doesn’t work. I wish they sold better products that didn’t break so soon after purchase. I give 2 stars instead of only 1 because they have a decent selection but their customer service is below par.

Cool place, good price on shoes and other stuff!

This place is amazing. When you drive up to the place, you might think it might be a «not so great place» but noways. The young lady at the front immediately greeted us and asked if I needed help. Then she walked me through their selections and provided her feedback. This place is reasonably priced. LOVE their shoe selection. a lot more than most places do.

The best lingerie/​adult store around. Lingerie in the front and gets more risqué as you get towards the back. Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of toys, videos, party/​novelty. Lots of shoes! Lingerie selection is huge, something for everyone, every shape and size too. Lots of pasties in stock.
