Excellent customer service! All of the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ed Addeo in the service department went above and beyond in terms of customer service. My secondary key remote had not been programmed when I bought the vehicle a year prior (dealer in Sacramento). My car remote was programmed in 30 minutes, I was shuttled by the GMC shuttle SUV when asked, all free of charge! Very hassle free.

I recently have boughten several cars here. For my business and personal use. I have to say my experience has been very good. They really try to please the customer. I am impressed with the level of customer service. Today it is really hard to get anywhere. I think the fleet sales department guys are really great. The service department is also very good. If you are looking for a new car I think you should consider Michael Holh. They have several brands and models to choose from. If they don’t have something you are looking for they can find it. I like that. That is service! They have truly earned my business. JB in fleet sales is a straight shooter and will take care of you.
