Maria’s K-​9 Spa is owned by Maria Hager. Maria started her career at Shirley’s Valley Grooming in Gardnerville, NV. Maria was trained by Shirley’s Plante and worked there approx. 5 years before coming to Carson City as the proud new owner of Maria’s K-​9 Spa. Formerly Carol’s Grooming Shop, the location has served Carson for over 11 years… and we intend to stay many many more! We strive to create a stress-​free environment and exceed any expectations you have for your K9 companions.

Super gentle and calming with the dogs, Maria has made a name for herself by learning canine quirks and adapting to provide a unique experience for each canine. Many people who have trouble finding a groomer they can wholeheartedly trust are over-​joyed by their experience with this groomer.
