Norbert runs an outstanding business. Our carpet is CLEAN! We had an aging dog who sometimes wet the carpet by mistake. There is seriously no more smell. You will have to see it to believe it. It’s that good. Magnificent Carpet Care is reasonably priced– ESPECIALLY as compared to the work. Norbert sees dirty carpet as a challenge. He takes pride in his business and holds himself and his employees to a high standard of success. He also knows his business and is able to assess stains, carpet size and age of the carpet to produce the best results. Our whole family will always use Norbert. We just used this cleaning service for the first time, and the results were amazing. In many cases, the owner of numerous businesses will only be seen at the time an estimate is made. Then, a crew is sent out to do the actual work. That was not true with Magnificent. The owner, Norbert, carefully evaluated our carpet condition, and then thoughtfully prepared a very reasonable estimate. He personally showed up (with with his assistant, Nick) at the appointed time, and began the laborious task. The final product would have to be seen to be really appreciated. Our carpets were in very good condition, but were due for cleaning. Honestly, the carpet now looks and feels like new. If you’re thinking of replacing your carpet, because you believe its appearance is beyond refurbishment, I suggest you consider having this company clean it first; you may end up deferring thousands of dollars in cost. Also, not only will you find Norbert to be extremely hard working, he is very professional, polite, and reliable. After using his service, I clearly understand why his business was voted number one in a recent community survey. I can be difficult to please, but writing this review has been an absolute pleasure. We should all reward those in our community, who strive for high quality service, by utilizing their businesses, whenever possible. Norbert is amazing! Very knowledgeable about his trade. My family and I were moving into a rental house where the carpets had supposedly been «cleaned» by a professional, but they still looked absolutely disgusting. I called Magnificent Carpet Care to see what they could do about the carpet. Norbert came over and made the carpet shine! I’m now able to allow my children to play on the carpet because I know it is truly clean — you should have seen the black/​brown junk coming out of the carpet that was supposedly already cleaned. Norbert paid close attention to detail and did all he could to ensure that the carpet was clean and safe for my family. Simply AMAZING!

Amazing!!! These guys are great. My carpet was way overdue for a cleaning it was really bad and they where in and out in about 2 hours and they look great now. Highly recommended I’ll calling them again next time I need my carpets cleaned

I had my carpets and two dirty recliner chairs cleaned by Magnificent Carpet Care and could not be more pleased and satisfied with the results! Norbert and his helper arrived as scheduled and thoroughly removed all stains and old grime from the 2 chairs and carpeting in my living room, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Everything dried quickly and smells fresh, clean and odor free. The carpeting is fluffy and spotless once again, even the heavy traffic areas. It’s really a pleasure to do business with such a courteous, professional and conscientious business owner. Magnificent Carpet care really is MAGNIFICENT! Norbert is extremely nice and professional. My carpets were so bad that I was going to rip it up, but he made it look brand new! He told me to call him if it dries and I see anything I want touched up. I won’t use anyone else!

We had Magnificent Carpet Care clean our carpets and we couldn’t have been happier. The price was about the same as the cheapest quotes we had, but Norbert was so splendid and friendly that we decided on the spot he would do our floors. The bid was exactly what he charged us with no «extra $ 10» to remove spots. He got a variety of different stains out including a pet stain that involved a dog who ate a pound of butter. Yuck! We were so happy we are going to have Norbert clean the carpets in our new house because the people moving out had the carpets done by someone who did a very poor job.
