Terrible customer service! They tried to refuse my coupon & charge me $ 80 for a simple oil change!!! I had to ask for the manager to get the coupon price & even he had a terrible attitude about it. With the terrible attitudes & the wait of over an hour, I will not be coming back.

This is the only Jiffy Lube I will go to if I can help it. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected anytime your car is being worked on. I just go early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Keith and everyone at this location is super helpful and friendly. A++

Just finished my 3 month oil change and the service was efficient, friendly, and in the 7 yrs of taking my vehicle to local Jiffy Lube’s in town, have never had an issue and have always left happy. I have never felt pressured or up sold on anything that was presented to me as manufacturer recommendations. Very friendly.

Know what service your car is due for before you go in. They will try to upsell you services by claiming they know your cars reccomended service requirements which isn’t completely true. They claimed just living in Nevada qualifies for the «severe duty» service requirements. This led to all kinds of charges and surcharges taking my $ 29 coupon to a $ 150 bill. I’m going back to the dealer who is cheaper and less aggressive.

must have been me that woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but I went here and got one nice guy and one that was a bit on the cockie side. But it was the usual sell on everything but what I came in for. maybe they can just push the in and out service and not charge $ 20 for a filter.
