Steve is great. When their website reads, ‘we stand behind our work’, they mean it. My daughter’s scooter wasn’t running, and Steve drove from Carson City to Reno to pick it up, fix it and return it. He also told us that if we’re still having problems, to let him know and he would be back. He didn’t charge us anything for the transportation and was genuinely concerned that the scooter was my daughter’s only source of transportation, and did his best to repair it quickly.

Steve really is great, I love it when a mechanic tells me that a piece of work is not a big deal. I’ve had Steve do tune ups, diagnostics, and ordered tires and other parts through him. Great shop rates as mentioned and Steve is always willing to educated you on what he did and also how to go about doing things yourself.

Steve is the man, bottom line. About as nice a guy as they come and very good at what he does. I don’t have any other MC mechanics to compare too, but both times I’ve dropped the bike off he has given me a great rate and is easy to work with. I have a very rare machine and in my opinion, I’d rather my bike sit in a shop waiting for the right kind of care than going some place where their main objective is to pump out quick repairs. Steve cares about the bikes, he cares about his customers, and it is worth it to wait a few extra days and get it done right (and for some very reasonable rates). He is unbelievably accommodating to his customers! Unless you have a warranty, I see no reason to go anywhere else in the Reno/​Carson/​Tahoe area.
