Hey if anyone out there is looking for an alternative to Service West and the Geek Squad for repairs, These guys are authorized to work on Samsung, LG, probably any other brand out there.
Don’t buy the Geek Squad protection plan! Call the manufacturer and have them call these guys!
I can’t give 5 stars since I haven’t actually used their services. But they pointed me in the right direction when I came in for help and my 2 minute interaction with them was more honest than any dealings I had with Service West
They told me I needed to call LG direct to have them send them out for warranty service. I asked LG to do that but instead LG sent one of their own employees out due to the nature of the issue.
Since I wasn’t able to give these guys my business I figure I at least owe them a kind word on Unilocal for being decent people willing to help me when Best Buy and Service West have done nothing but jerk me around.
Don’t believe Best Buy! Service West isn’t the only game in town when it comes to repairing your TV!
