Dr. Wong, an SMU dental schol graduate, former SMU dental school professor, and holder of patents for several dental implements has been our family dentist for nearly 25 years except for about 5 years after moving from Carrollton. During that time, I have experienced nothing but good quality, friendly, and professional service from both Dr. Wong and his staff. Over this time, I have found him to be a caring and expert dentist. I changed dentist when we moved from Carrollton to Houston, and have regretted having done so ever since. Since moving to Houston we’ve been frustrated by everything from dentists trying to put us on dental payment plans for managing our dental health to — an inexpertly created crown(that arrived 3 months late forcing me to attend a formal event with a crude temporary front tooth!), an inexpertly filled cavity that eventually resulted in a need for 3 implants, the delayed treatment of a «minor» crack(?) that also ultimately resulted in another implant; and, the straw that broke the camel’s back was seeing a dental claim to my insurance company for work that hadn’t been done! Nine years ago, after suffering through these experiences, I decided to return to the«last known good», Dr. Wong. Even though I still live in the Houston area, we now happily travel to Carrollton to see Dr. Wong for dental treatments. I have found that Dr. Wong is a dentist that truly morns the loss of any tooth. Accordingly, he does all that’s within his power to save them. I’ve observed that saving teeth is the driving force in Dr. Wong’s practice, and not maximizing profits. This is evidenced by the hours of pro bono dental services he and his siblings provide annually to dozens of indigent individuals. He tends to err in the direction of caution; and, doesn’t hesitate to use creative treatments in his efforts to save a tooth or to control pain. There is no hesitation when I say that I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wong for any of your dental needs. My daughter and grandchild also see Dr. Wong. I advise all to visit Dr. Wong and judge for yourself. You’ll see he’s a great dentist. Sincerely, — Harry L. Perry

Worst dentist in Dallas. He won’t see you and his techs can’t measure pocket depth to save their lives. He referred my husband to a periodonist for gum disease which he did not have. This guy is a freaking joke. Don’t do it!
