Pro: when I was able to get in to finally see the doctor or really nurse practitioner, she was very knowledgeable friendly courteous respectful. Cost out of pocket was low which helps with no insurance. Was able to walk in and make an appointment and be seen within the hour.
Cons:
The first time I made an appointment online the next day went to the appointment to find the doors closed office closed for the day because staff had called in but yet I had not received any notification from anyone telling me so I made a trip for nothing sick
