Vape Lounge E-Cigarettes

Well it’s been two days since my review. Do you think someone would have contacted me? You would think so but no. Nothing. This owner obviously just doesn’t care. He got my money.

This place is pretty far out of my way but I’ll make the trek every time. This was the first vape shop I walked into when I first decided I wanted to quit smoking. The guys who worked there listened to and answered all of my questions, and made some great recommendations. That was a year ago and I’ve been a fan ever since. Their selection of liquids is huge and varied, and their prices are great. They have a frequent rewards card which is really great for deals. And more than anything, everyone who works there is always really knowledgeable and helpful, and they work with you to make sure you get exactly the products/​flavors/​etc. that you need. I’ve been to probably 6 or 7 different vape shops in the past year, but none of them hold a candle to this place. Would recommend to everyone!

Unit stopped working while on my way to El Paso. Called in and the lady explained what the problem could be. I didn’t think she was very helpful, as I looked at what I thought was the «plate» she was describing looked fine to me. Got off the phone and decided to change the atomizer as a what the hell task and saw what could also have been the plate she described possibly being pressed in too far. Turns out I had been looking at the wrong piece while on the phone, and she had correctly identified the problem without seeing it. Unit works just fine now. Lucky guess. Lol

Out of all the places I’ve tried in Dallas, this is the best. The staff is friendly and the liquids are the best I’ve had. they need more stores!

This is the first vape place I actually like. It’s very chill and they have a huge variety of flavors. This was my first time here and I didn’t feel overwhelmed because not only did they have menus of the flavors they carried on each table but everything was organized in sections as well. The girl that helped me out explained to me how to sample the flavors and didn’t hover over me which I appreciated because it takes me forever sometimes to find the right one.
Well at the end I found the perfect flavor, Heidi plum (it tastes like this Asian candy I use to eat at a kid) and nicotine level is 0 – 24 even numbers. Prices were extremely reasonable and I would recommend this place to anyone

So, I went and bought a bottle of «Charlie Sheen» their version of tigers blood and it tasted like, well, it tasted horrible if there was any flavor whatsoever. I told the guy this and he said he knows that and that is what everybody says even though they really enjoy this flavor from other shops. My concern is this, if you know it sucks, people tell you it sucks and then you still carry it and sell it to me, where are your ethics? No refund offer, no extra stamp on my card, nothing. Well I now know this, your ethics suck! All this says to me is that you care more about making a few bucks off of me then actually providing a service for your customers. I will never go back.

Nice place and good service. My only gripe is the lack of easily identifiable juice labels. Most labels are hard to read due to juice overflow and I never saw any testers out. I bought some really good juice called Alice Cooper, bought a nifty Vapelyfe drip tip and discussed some juice options and drip tip options with a very informative and polite employee. They also have a rewards program. I’ll go back for more juice.

I LOVE this place and it is my go-​to shop! This is the first place I tried when I started dabbling in vaping one year ago, and though I have tried others, none compare in service or diversity of juices.
They create your juice when you order it and you can 100% customize nicotine level, PG/​VG base, and flavor. They offer 350 juice flavors on their menu and have about 100 others that aren’t on the menu. You can mix or blend flavors to your liking. I recently tried «Royal Flush» (whiskey & coke with a touch of cigarette at the end). I told Jason (one of many fantastic associates who work there) that I liked it, but as a diet coke drinker the taste of the coke was too sweet for me. When he made my juice he bumped up the whiskey, bumped down the coke, and changed the cigarette flavor to a less sweet version. I love that I can get a 12mg nicotine PG/​VG mix that keeps my throat from drying out and makes the juice burn slower so it lasts me longer. A friend of mine loves to mix flavors from the menu (peppermint + ice cream, crème brûlée + coffee, etc). It’s nice to be able to do this without purchasing multiple bottles and self mixing. Even the regular PG formula burns slowly and is smoother than other brands/​shops I have tried. They also offer a small bottle & large bottle so you don’t have to make a $ 15+ commitment to a flavor you might tire of or use less often.
Their associates are very patient and knowledgable. They will work with you to inform you about vaping/​questions you have and help you find the right hardware & flavor/​formula to meet your needs. Their prices are at or below other shops in the area and very reasonable. They were one of the first shops in town so they have been doing it for a long time and they have really helped me find the products that work for me. Initially the nicotine strength I used was too strong and made me cough. Then the PG dried me out too much. Multiple people worked with me on multiple visits to make vaping work for me and I am now an along free thanks to them! They are also now open on Sundays!
If you want a super high class ambiance with boujis fixtures and lighting, there are plenty of places in the area. This shop is basic but clean and definitely meets the needs of their customers. They don’t need fancy ambiance, their product speaks for itself.
There is now A LOT more competition in the area. Several shops popped up across the street and less than a mile from Vape Lounge. I’ve tried these shops and have always come back to tried and true Vape Lounge. I don’t want to be forced into limited flavor & hardware offerings, deal with pushy or unknowledgable sales associates, and have options limited to 4 different nicotine strengths in PG only formula with juices of unknown origin.

With so many vape stores popping up I’ve tried several that are more convenient & also online but VL is the best. The liquids are higher quality & product selection is huge — others just don’t compare. I’ve been going there for a few years & staff is knowledgeable & courteous every single time.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I drive out of my way (and past many other shops) just to shop here. Great juices, and they let you try as many as you like.

If i could give no stars, I would.
Had been doing business with them since they opened. BECAUSE I HAD TO. The staff was aloof, sarcastic, patronizing and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. That worked for them before, but now there are several more stores in the area and I don’t HAVE to do business with them anymore.

Very nice folks and helpful. The knock is the prices on equipment. I expect to pay a tad more dealing local but 16.95 for kanger protank coil 5 packs is insane. Shame on me as I though she said 6.95 because if I heard her correctly I would have walked out. I did also notice that battery prices and tank prices were crazy high compared to other B&M shops as well. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

I am not able to give them no stars so one is in my opinion nil. I have gone here twice, of which the first time was «okay». The second time I arrived practically at closing to get a bottle of e-​Juice. When approaching the door approximately ten SECONDS after closing they locked the door and wouldn’t even give me a second glance. I don’t honestly care for a business that will do that to a customer ESPECIALLY when I had money in hand to grab ONE lousy bottle and leave. I can guarantee I will not go here again.

Love this place. I got started on a blu from the internet (that didn’t last long) but this is the first local shop I was introduced to, probably almost 2 years ago. The staff has always been very helpful as I have progressed from a beginner struggling to stay off of real cigs to a hobbyist. Flavors are mixed to order and they are happy to customize it on a level I haven’t seen anywhere else. They will let you really hone in on your nic level and even combine or adjust flavorings upon request. And the prices are GREAT! Hardware selection is certainly adequate. Would definitely recommend.
Not open Sundays at this point, probably the main reason I didn’t give that fifth star.

The employees here are very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. It took a while for me to be greeted and helped, but there were a lot of customers so it was understandable. I recently just purchased an ecig and they were more than happy to show me how to use it and what juices would be the best for me. I was recommended the Zeus Juice and it I’m really satisfied with it. They spend as much time with you as you need and answer all the questions you might have. Definitely coming back for future purchases!

Amazing Place, everyone is so helpful and friendly. they have almost 400 flavors and custom mix any of those together to make you just what you are wanting!

Excellent service! Once I arrived at Vape I was clueless on what to purchase. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. The employee who helped me showed me all the starter kits and told me about the different ones they carry as well as prices. I made my choice and the next step was to choose my flavors for the electronic cigarette. They have overwhelming choices so it’s good to let them know what type of flavors you like. The best part is you can sample any flavors you want and each flavor is made at the location within minutes. You can get them with or without nicotine, prices are very reasonable here.

Vape Lounge has excellent customer service, fair prices and a great selection of products, especially liquid flavors. The best part of Vape Lounge is that the staff takes time to get know what you are looking for and what would work best for you. You can even sample flavors before purchasing without any pressure.

Awesome place to get your vape flavors and accessories, Im not an expert by any means with e-​cigarettes but the guys here were very helpful and patient. They let you try out flavors and the pricing on everything is awesome… I will be a return customer for sure. Highly recommended !!!

Best set of gentlemen I have met in a while. They are always willing to stop what they are doing to answer anything you like. And even let you try out the products. I have been doing business with them since before they opened this location. And I doubt I will ever go anywhere else.
