I ordered a set of shutters for my home, thinking that the exorbitant price I paid would warrant a quality product with stress-​free installation. I couldn’t be more wrong. First off, I was told I would be able to install the track on the same level as the tile I put down (rather than on top of the tile), which can’t be done since the lower tracks are rounded (chock this up to the employees not understanding their own products). Then the product, which was delivered late, did not include any installation instructions. When I asked for them, a set of outdated instructions were sent which included parts that are no longer provided and complicated the installation. Most importantly, I was missing 2 small plastic pieces that were supposed to be included in the bag. Their response? To send me a picture of what they packed which not only didn’t show most of what was in the individual bags, but serves as nothing more than to call their customer a liar despite me being the only one who has opened the parts package and verifying that the parts were indeed missing. In a final feat of infuriating frustration, I asked for the missing parts, which they claimed to overnight almost a week ago, yet here I am with no part, no tracking info, and no installed doors. Every time I ask when they’ll arrive, I’m told «today» yet today comes and goes and nothing arrives. If you’re looking for a stress-​free product and installation, look elsewhere.
