We specialize is complex service of court process. Issuing Witness Subpoena /​Subpoena Duces Tecum for foreign suits on Texas entities and citizens which includes the service of the subpoena to recipient. Service to the inmate community is enhanced with a special routing and affidavit to ensure it is accepted by the court the first time. Discreet service is provided to those of notoriety by servers in proper business attire, and vehicles which blend into all social and professional circumstances.

History

Established in 2008.

Serving court process (documents) was the third, but not final, line of business added with huge changes in transparency and process improvement underway. The company started as a small notary side business as a hobby, after learning more of the true functions of notaries dating back 2,000 years to Rome when Julius Caesar instituted the function, it was only natural to add wedding officiant to the list of services available. Studying how to properly execute the rites of marriage spun off it’s own separate business and about the same time the civil process server was in research. Through research, design and redesign, our business plan had emerged as a low investment, high return business model with notarial acts folding nicely into the civil process business. Oh, but the story does not end there, soon there will be an expansion which will redevelop how both industries are viewed, and how the members of each industry will change their own business models.

Business Owner

I started this business primarily as a result of some neighbors being over charged for weekend service. The couple were in their 90s. The mobile notary was sent home, and I provided service free of charge. From there it is all history, the growth and impact to the community has been overwhelming and one of the most enjoyable times of my life. I intend to take the work accomplished in Carrollton state wide and bring a new generation of civil process servers and notaries public to the great State of Texas.
