Customer service is mediocre at best! That being said, they do make a good pizza and an okay gyro…

I always try the local joints, and these guys littered my apartment complex with menus. I create an account and build an order … aaaand I’m outside of their delivery area. What the heck?! My home is close enough to hand deliver a menu, but not a calzone?! It was annoying and frustrating. They are dead to me.

I’ve been going to Pizzarella for years. I don’t see myself going to any other pizza restaurants. They currently have a new manager and new staff that exceeds customer’s expectations. My all time favorite meals are the new chicken alfredo pasta and the salmon with pasta. However, you can never go wrong with the classic pepperoni pizza topped with Special seasonings, that they call«the pizzarella way». I love that I get to sit down, order my pizza, and it comes out on a pizza tray! When you are up for watching a game on their televisions, try their wings and beer. I highly recommend it! I can’t say enough about this restaurant! This place is great to go to for any type of meal occasion. You have to try it!

LOVE this place. Service is always great and the employees are always friendly. Pricing is decent. Kevin is usually our waiter and is always greeting people when they come in. Food is excellent. Definitely my new regular spot

Great little neighborhood pizza place! We usually order delivery(we’ve never dined in) and everything is always perfect. Fresh, hot pizza, nice delivery people, friendly staff on the phone, and they always seem appreciative of our repeat business. They always get the pizza to us in less than 45mins too. Love it!

I’ve tried so many different pizza places. I’ve searched Unilocal & word of mouth from 5 star NY Pizzas to authentic Italy and Pizzarella is THEBEST, hands down. Seems like the other places were«healthy» or «dry pizza.» Im sorry but pizza is like a burger to me, the more mess you do eating it, the better. Idk why their reviews aren’t good. They never fail to get my order wrong(once they did but automatically fixed it & took $ 3 off). The guy that works there knows me when I walk in haha. Im so hooked on their pizza, I cant let go. The location isn’t really good. Wish they were in a better spot cus they DESERVE the business. But it’s a cute quiet area. They have outdoor seating. but, «what is this amazing pizza you’re talking about?» I WILLTELLYOU. Details, exactly how to Order: A large(always ask for Specials, they seem to always have a Large special for 9.99 while a small is 7.99 do the extra $ 3 bucks!) INSTEAD of your boring MARINARASAUCESUBSTITUTEITFORRANCHSAUCE(you dip your pizza in ranch anyways right?! RANCHSAUCE-NOT-ALFREDO, yes it’s a difference and make sure to repeat it until the person gets it. Some of the workers are like«What?» Its not a pizza on the menu that’s why) & get it with CHEESE&PEPPERONI, THATSIT! No other topping! Its delicious the way it is. The pizza is so greasy and cheesy and the dough is jus so delicious and it soaks up every ranch sauce so you don’t just taste bread…(can you tell Im writing this review after eating?) my dog even loved it and HE’S PICKY– he would like his steak medium rare or well done please(seriously he doesn’t even like peanut butter). It’s ganna be greasy so go ahead, pat it down with paper towels BUTPIZZAISSUPPOSETOBEGREASY, CMONNOW! The grease will not over power it. But if you have a weak stomach, get heartburn easily or lactose intolerant– start slowly, cus you might want to chow down after first bite. Also, You might feel guilty over indulging in this masterpiece but your welcome. Eat it while its freshly made though to enjoy experience! I just gave you my secret weapon pizza(thats how much I love this place.) Happy eatings!

There wasn’t anything special about this place. The pizza was just pizza, the mozzarella sticks were meh, and my husband said the pasta wasn’t any good, actually terrible is the exact word he used. He has never said that about anywhere we have eaten. The service was good so I gave them a star for that. Overall I see no reason to return, it’s either they need a new cook or better ingredients.

First time at this place. Ordered Chicken Parmesan and Gyro platter. Chicken Parmasean was amazing! Had a very rich flavor to it and the portion was big enough to feed 2. Gyro’s cucumber sauce seemed like it was homemade and it delivered exactly what it was suppose to. Great taste. Only odd thing was that the Gyro platter came with Gyro and potato wedge? Perhaps replacing the wedges with something more«Greek» would be a better combination… maybe like a Greek salad or something. Place was nice and it had a nice little outdoor seating, which I thought was well maintained. A bit pricey but overall, a very good experience. The people are nice there.

A little on the pricey side, but the food is pretty good. We live within walking distant, so it’s great when we don’t want to go far. I don’t really recommend delivery because you WILL be waiting at least 45 minutes(regardless of the fact that we are right. across. the street.) The staff has always been nice any time we’ve been in for dine in or pick up.

Have ordered lunch from here a couple of times because I work nearby. The food isn’t overwhelming, but it’s decent for the price.

I order delivery from here at least every other week. The food is always good. I love their unique gourmet pizzas(The Cheeser Pleaser rocks, and I don’t normally like cheese pizza), they have an amazing Greek Salad, and some really good pastas. I definitely recommend this place if you want to try something different, and you will keep coming back for more.

Steak Calzone was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Plan to try another one of the offerings they have on the next cheat day. Delivery has been pretty fast in the past as well.

A little disappointing. Ill give the pros and cons. Me and a date went on a slow weeknight, maybe 4 tables occupied. I wont be back. Makes me sad because I love supporting small local establishments. not when they are sub par though. Cons 1.A big table came in around the same time, the waiter basically told us firmly to order faster so that we wouldn’t get stuck behind theirs. The place was dead. A little rude 2. My date asked for no peppers on her entrée, but received tons on her salad. The waiter didn’t seem to care to make the connection. 3. Very cold inside. They to get a better heater. 4. Waiter got my dates order wrong, brought her shrimp when she ordered chicken. He seemed annoyed but I heard her order it. Also brought me the wrong salad when I ordered a Caesar. All these aren’t a big deal if they were busy, but they weren’t. Pros 1. The food was fresh, salads very crispy. 2. Semi friendly waiter back up, not so much the waiter. 3. Food was good, fresh and hot. Maybe I came on a «OFF» night, by I dont have the energy to try to find out the«ON» night! haha… thanks!

Wow, this is great pizza! I love the crust and the cheese was awesome. The only drawback was they don’t carry Michelob Ultra. We had the garlic bread appetizer which was hot and soft with marinara that was fresh.

I have family from out of town(way out of town), that think this is the best pizza they have ever had. I don’t disagree with them but… The pizza here is dependably as good as the service is dependably horrible. The attitude of the employees in person or over the phone is just awful. Call in for a delivery and be sitting down as it can knock you down at times. Rude? Oh yes they can be very rude. But, the food is good and this place is so close to my house. Did I say the food is good? The service if dining there is just as awful, they are not happy to see you and will let you know it. There is often only one person there and he is just a bit too busy to want to look up and see another customer. Sad, he is a good cook.

Solid pizza joint with authentic Italian ingredients, not a bad place, but I wouldn’t go out of my way try it. Pizzarella is certainly better than typical chain delivery pizza and frozen pizza. Pepperoni rolls are the .

The calzone I ordered was cold especially in the the center. Like it was frozen previously. I asked for it to be reheated it came out soggy and tough to eat. It was not pleasant. I didn’t enjoy it which I voiced but they still billed me the full amount.

I love this place! First time ordering and I had to write a review. Placed an order over the phone with a friendly employee. They quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes and it came in 30, so that was nice. As I took a slice of pizza out of the box, the consistency of the cheese was a good indication of the delicious quality. I ordered the seafood pizza(comes made with white sauce) and it had crab meat and shrimp on it, which they were not stingy with. I ordered the small and I’ll be eating on it for a few days because of the large amount of toppings they put on there. They don’t skimp on you! I also ordered the jalapeño poppers. You can’t go wrong with those. Amazing! All in all, I definitely recommend this place. Much much better than what Domino’s and Papa John’s could ever serve up.
