Worst company ever for coffee service. Refused to fix/replace our Starbucks machine. Machine was broken weekly for over 3 months. SETH their employee was really rude and told our GM that it would not hurt his feelings if we found another coffee service… NOPROBLEMSETH… The fact that SETH was so rude was not really the issue but when we reported the incident the higher ups did nothing, FREDANDMANNY were useless too. They continued to send him out to service the machine, which he never did which is why it was always broken. Then they send his lazy butt out to pick up the machine when we cxl service. Left a complete mess in our customer coffee area… I refused to sign the paper he needed until he cleaned it up. I don’t know how they run things in Dallas but in Houston they SUCK!!! FROMTHEFLOORUP. The other thing is they also over charge for their services. If you are looking for a company try FIRSTCHOICE, ORARAMARK. We were charged $ 978 a month for an ice machine that the other companies charge less than $ 200 for… SAMEMACHINE!!! DOYOURHOMEWORK.
