We just had our entire house flooring replaced and the results are amazing. We received excellent design support from our consultant Laura who was very patient and offered different options to meet our budget and desired look. The installers were courteous and professional and took great care to move all our stuff around. My only warning would be to make sure you cover as much of your surfaces as you can to keep dust in check if you are having tile removed. I think they offer selections that you can’t find just anywhere– I have never seen another house with our engineered hardwoods. They are definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for — very happy with the outcome.

I have not found any place in Dallas with the quality and selection I have found at Natural Selections. All the staff have been friendly and lived up to my expectations. I read the review about them not retuning calls and remember a time when I wanted a quote and did not receive a call back. I went to the store and found they had just discovered a problem with their phone system. I love my home because of the unique tile and flooring found here.

Wanted to get a great product for the renovation on my kitchen. I went here, they are more expensive but have great product. I dont mind spending more money for high quality and I assumed this would come with good customer service. I called to ask questions about my order and never received calls back. When they made an error on my order and not all of it was there, the hold ups cost me an additional $ 900 with my contractor. I called to discuss with a manager, no call backs were ever received. They have zero follow-​up and bad business ethics. My contractor will never recommend them and I wont be using them on the rest of this house or my vacation home. Go elsewhere!
