Very nice staff who greeted us upon arrival. That matters in a small town like Carrollton. The menu has increased since I came here last. They offers sandwiches, wraps, hotdogs, burgers, and salads. They have slightly more interesting and fun southern food appetizers like fully loaded fries(3 versions), pickle chips, fried green tomatoes, & super mashed potatoes. Came in because it’s right across the plaza from a huge Walmart & I needed my car tires fixed. For $ 8.95/dish we got the dish, a luxury side, and a cookie. Very affordable imo They have a wide variety of daily freshly baked cookies: chocolate chip, snicker doodle, white choco macadamia, sugar, oatmeal raisin. The white choco macadamia was a monthly special when we came in. I think they change up the cookie choices every so often. Overall nice experience but left us feeling pretty bad with indigestion because of all the grease/oil they used in everything.

Stopped in and had a delicious sandwich I can see how you may wait for seating very small area! It’s attached to a thrift store which was a new experience. It maybe worth ordering to go

A little pricey, but totally worth it for the quality of the food, plus you can shop at the conjoined Thrifty Lizard while you wait for your food. A nice open space with clever decorations. Do know they are closed Sundays.

Great sandwich shop. I’m a big sandwich fan but the fries and cookies are awesome here too. Can’t wait to go back and try more awesome menu items. Update: Just tried a burger and it was good too! Fries are seasoned a little and are so great you don’t even need ketchup! I’ve now had the chocolate chip cookie, the snickerdoodle, and oatmeal raisin. All three are amazing. The oatmeal raisin has coconut mixed in and makes it über delicious!

Ok so Let be the first one to write a truthful review about this place. The food is delicious, in fact I was gonna give Lenny’s one star but the fact that the food is so good really saved it and gave it two more stars. So let’s get to the problem at hand here… The wait, I have been to Lenny’s twice now and the wait was like almost an hour, it’s really ridiculous, like la trattoria, an Italian place is faster then Lenny’s filling. So if you want good go here but be prepared to wait like half a century for it.

Wow wow wow! What a great lunch. One of the few times I have gone around telling people I know that there is a place in carrollton worth seeking out. I have had the fried green tomato sandwich, the club and the turkey sandwich and all are fabulous. The remoulad sauce on the tomato sandwich is perfectly spicy and mixes with the crisply fried tomatoes and bacon to send your taste buds singing. Fabulous. The bread is fresh and perfectly toasted. If you get the hotdogs they are big enough to share. They really come as two hotdogs. Don’t miss this place.

If you haven’t been… Definitely worth a try! Really fresh, cooked to order, a clothing store attached… Give this new restaurant a shot! Yummy stuff, drive thru and they deliver! We got the Convertible(cheese ranch bread on sourdough), Bel Air(veggie wrap… Added bacon), and the Bronco(Pastrami Reuben on Sourdough).
