We are a bakery that specializes in allergen free bakery products. We are also home to the newly discovered Kupwich.

History
Established in 2011.
The concept of the bakery sprouted for my son and I being diagnosed with Celiac disease. I was devastated and had a really hard time learning how to cook with out gluten. Even more devastating was that neither one of us was going to be able to have cool birthday cakes again. That led me to take classes in cake decorating and really dig into researching Gluten Free and other food allergies so that I could help others in our situation.
The bakery was opened in September 2011 when SB81 allowing for cottage food producers in the state of Texas.

I love to cook and experiment with food. My diagnosis of Celiac was devastating to me and has caused me to think about food in a whole different way. I love challenges and thus have taken on making recipes that are safe for everyone to eat.
