Seemed to help me out finally, so I didn’t feel right writing a bad review. Took forever to have work done on my car and would never return calls. Replaced my engine as well as battery and several other components I had just replaced and left me with the bill. Also included a car detail which they added on my bill until I made them take it off. Three months later, the new engine blew to bits bc the hoses weren’t connected properly. Now it’s my fault because the car over heated. Seriously? Three months later?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Unprofessional and a bunch of liars! I came in to get my window fixed on a Monday. Manager guy tells me he would have to order it and would come Wednesday. I agree to his price and told him i’ll be back Wednesday. On Wednesday, guy tells me he SENT IT BACK thinking I wouldn’t come back (mind you I came in about noon). Now he says he will order it again and would come the NEXT day. I come back the next day and guess what, it’s not there! Feeling frustrated since guy can’t tell me anything accurate. This time instead of frequently coming back to check on my freaking window, I leave my cell number to call me as soon as it arrives. Mother fuckers NEVER called me. Finally I came back in today at 2pm, now Monday, and he has it. GOD I hate these people. Terrible service and a bunch of clowns. While waiting one of these days just to talk to the guy, they were busy revving up a customers car and there was SOO much smoke that filled their shop area and continued to smoke for another 5 minutes with all the garage doors open. The whole entire time, I have been miserable because of the Texas heat and no window (AC works fine but useless against the cool air leaking out of driver-​side window). Every second that I waited just made me think of how long these people string me along with their lies, but I felt so committed since I had already put down a $ 20 deposit money and waited half a week already. VERY disappointing that I had to wait an entire week, filled with lies and the worst service I have experienced in my life! Manager’s name is Ayman Keyser. I wish I could rate Kar Kare Express with zero stars, because IMHO they don’t even deserve one star!

Fantastic service, very friendly, honest and very fair prices.
I brought the car in for some optional repairs just for convenience. Shocks and struts replacement and one engine mount is weak that is causing the engine to shake a bit at high speeds.
One day later the mechanic says, «Ya they need to be replaced, but you have a bigger problem.»
The rack and pinion was busted and needed to be replaced. So I took pictures and posted them on some forums and all the feedback was in agreement that the mechanic was right, it needed to be replaced.
He even gave lots of helpful advice on buying different makes and models, pros and cons of each.
They apparently work on all kinds of foreign and domestic cars, so if yours needs maintenance or repair, give it to em!
