Service was okay. I didn’t like that everyone’s order didn’t arrive at the same time. My daughter was almost finished with her breakfast before mine arrived. Food was okay.

Worst iHop ever. I called to place a pick up order, was placed on hold the 1st time I called for 15 – 20 mins. Hung up & called back just to receive the voicemail system. Once I finally got through again after calling back 3 more times, I was placed on hold yet again only to be hung up on. Very poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend this iHop to anyone.

The Buttermilk Pancakes are wonderfully made! The waitresses are so very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They always joke around with my toddler son and give him a good laugh so we always leave in the best of spirits with a smile on our faces.

I have eaten at this IHOP from time to time for about 10 years and seen it go up and down in service and quality of food. Each time I have visited during the week I have found the service to be good and the food to be fine. The past few times that I have ordered the garden crepes, they have been excellent. Last Sunday was an exception: the dining room was crowded, the servers inattentive… so much so that my friend and I walked out and went across the street to O’Charley’s. But we will be back. Anyone can have a bad day.
