Honeybaked Ham Company

I could not be happier with Honeybaked Ham right now. I ordered a meal to send to my brother for Christmas. (He just moved to Lynn, MA and was unable to come home for the holiday.) His order was delivered to the wrong address a street over, and the girl who received it returned it. I tried to reach them by email a couple of times with no response, so when I called today I was a little worried about what response I would get.
The woman who assisted me was amazing. They were sold out of the original package that I ordered, but she got me set up with an even better package and added a dessert! Even though UPS was to blame for the mistake, I fell like Honeybaked went above and beyond to make sure they kept my business. At the beginning of the call I was ready to just get a refund and be done with it, but now I will use them every year!
