Happy Nails

Not good at eyebrows. Didn’t listen to what I asked for & now just have to wait for them to grow back right.

I specifically signed up to post this review. My wife had an AWFUL experience here. The water was incredibly hot, the chair massager didn’t work, and her nails were bleeding profusely. She felt pain and burning that day and the next day. It’s been 4 days since she got them done and the pictures of the damage are attached. You can still see how bad of a job they did. And they charged her 5 bucks extra for changing her nail color. I could have bought an entire nail color bottle with that amount. They speak in their language making the customer experience even more horrible. I highly caution you before you go here!

I came back. they’re so convenient and they do good eyebrow waxing but I decided to do my nails again and this time it was great! The lady remembered me and was really gentle this time and my nails came out pretty. I love it!

My new favorite spot for Manicure and Pedicure! Friendly staff, nice radio music with auto massage chairs! What else do you need to feel relaxed? Oh! Thank you Kim! You’re amazing.

The nail polish was smooth and shiny, but when I checked my nails on my pedicure the nail tech did not take enough time to file and smooth them out, so I have jagged nails on smooth polish. In addition, the initial soaking water was really cold, and after mentioning that it was cold, they adjusted it, but it was at a maximum of lukewarm temperature. Then, during the pedicure the tech adjusted the water again, but now it was the opposite, at a scalding hot temperature. Sorry to be a hater, but my nails aren’t so happy at Happy Nails.

I would give them a 5 BUT I deducted one because the décor inside is pretty old and I’m sure whoever has been here would agree they need some remodeling.
I don’t get my nails done ALL the time, but when I do, I am EXTREMELY picky about every little detail. I get my nails done by Jenny here. She is awesome! I always get pink and white acrylic with gel. When Jenny does my nails they do not lift AT ALL! Even after weeks and weeks they just don’t budge. Even when I try to remove them, they’re just stuck to my nails. THAT’S how good she is. Of course, I always remind her to make sure they do not lift because I am constantly washing my hands. Get gel put on your nails if you love your nails looking nice and shiny. If you only get them buffed, they begin to look dull fast. Be sure to ask for Jenny when you get your nails done here. I’m not sure how the other ladies are at doing nails.
