Maybe I caught them at a bad time or on a bad day… right before Mayfest. I got a platter. The boiled shrimp had been boiled some time in the past. Some were ok. Some were mushy. The sausage was good. The gumbo was ok. I will try them again.

Great little Cajun place! We had the Low country boil with shrimp and crab and it was all very good! Owners were very friendly and gave us samples of other items, all of which were great, especially their gumbo. Highly recommend anyone coming to Carrollton check it out. Thursday-​Saturday it is open from 11 am — 9 pm despite the hours listed on Unilocal
