Established in 2009.

Fit & Beautiful was opened in 2009 as an affordable med spa meant to treat you with state of the art lasers and services. We moved to our new location in January 2012, we are now located in North Carrollton, we can’t wait to pamper and help you with all your skin care needs!

Manager

Heather Bronstad, who received her certification from one of the leading training facilities for esthetics, The National Laser Institute. As well as her Senior Laser Technician Certification with the state of Texas. Heather has been in the skin care and spa industry for over 6 years and loves the transition she has made to laser therapies, and the medical side of skincare.

As a former spa owner, she understands the importance of patients coming first. She prides herself on top notch treatments that are not only effective — but that you will enjoy.

Heather tailors each treatment to you skin care needs and offers exclusive skin care consultations. Her specialties include laser hair removal, laser vein reduction, and other treatments for all skin types using laser therapies.
