First US Floors

First US Floors replaced and installed 4,000 sq foot of flooring in our home. The majority of the flooring was carpet and First US Floors replaced it with hardwood. Although there were a few expected frustrating issues with such a large job, Carlos and Matt at First US Floors were very dedicated to getting an end product that we were happy with. I could not have asked for better customer service and project management than that we received from these guys. They were both extremely polite and courteous and personable. Having the house under construction was a stressful time but these two guys were very sensitive to that and were willing to go above and beyond to make everything go as smooth as possible. Also, First US Floors followed up for several weeks and even came out to inspect the floors several times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Matt and Carlos are 1^st class guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations in your home. The floors are beautiful and we are very thankful that we now have a relationship with First US Floors and we are planning on working with them again in or next phase of renovations.

I purchased birch wood flooring from Matthew at First USA Floors recently, due to a flood caused by an overflowing toilet that had badly warped the current bamboo flooring on my first floor townhouse.
I got pricing from a couple of other flooring companies that were pretty much in line (price wise) with what I had picked out at First US, although there was no showroom to view anything or personal assistance — it was all done via email and thumbnails on the web. In addition, the installation companies were contracted out and ran twice as high, besides being challenging to schedule with. So — I chose First US. The product was large enough to tell what it would look like at home, I took a sample to be sure! The selection was great, nice sales people and setting the install was a snap, they got to me on a Monday when I chose flooring on Saturday! The installation turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. I will purchase flooring if needed from these guys from now on and refer anyone who asks me to them. The biggest part is, I network in the home builder and remodeling community a ton and have for years. I thought I could get better pricing and service since I ‘knew so many reps in the business’ — not the case here. These guys are great and my experience was stellar. Diana Williamson — Addison TX

First U.S. Floors installed a new floor for us at our house in Coppell. We enjoyed working with Matt and Carlos. They helped us select a very nice hardwood floor from Du Château. The installation crew were always on time and very professional. Thank you Cuba. The final product was completed on a timely basis and looked magnificent.
