Bought my car about 2 weeks ago. There were two issues with, the window was scratched and the front lip was really loose. I told them about both issues, and they said they would replace the window and asked if I could tighten the screws for the lip when I got home. I told them I could. I was also quoted at 55 211 over the phone, but when I paid, it was about 1100 dollars more than that. I did not bring that up to them, but I should have. I got two keys with the car, but only one works. The replacement is 400 dollars.
Well on the was home and the front lip ripped off destroying the lip, ripped the screw holes on the bumper and tore up the plastic under carriage. I called my sales guy and they agreed to fix it. Two weeks later I made the 4 hour drive back and they fixed it the next day but they did forget to replace the window. The did give me a loaner and that was nice of them. But the fix wasn’t that good, the drivers side is flush with the bumper and the passenger has about a half inch gap. My car has about 3 inches of ground clearance, so I am not able to check to see if the underside of the car was fixed yet. Once I get home I will check. I will update this post on that. I will have to see if the bumper was replaced, If it wasn’t that would explain why the lip isn’t flush with the bumper. I think to fix it, I will have to replace the bumper.
Total cost on parts along to fix everything that was damaged would be close to 5K. If I have to go back and refix it, it will be about 5K. I could have bought a new car that would have been a very similar build for only about 8K more than I paid…
Just checked the panels under the car were not fixed or replaced. It also looks like the front bumper wasn’t replaced.

Great car dealer and sales experience. I didn’t end up buying here due to wanting to save a little more money in order to get a nicer car in the future. My sales person was Tricia and she is just great. I went to many dealers and felt pressured like everyone says but at ecarone you just take your time and do what you have to do. I had a limited budget for the model I was looking at and she didn’t make me feel like less than or turn away once she realized I wasn’t a big spender. We all get treated the same– very nice. The website is kept up to date and has all the bells and whistles. The cars are legit and priced more than fairly. I wished they could have flexed a little on the price of one car I wanted — it was exactly what I had been looking for but I was just a little short on the down payment. However I’m well aware of their business model and I can’t cry over spilled milk. I will certainly go here first to find a nice used car and not feel too overextended. Great operation.

Had a great experience dealing with Rami and Colin .They have great inventory and I was able to research online. Once I found the cars I liked after looking at over 100 pictures of each car, the carfax report, and detailed specs on cars I called and set up a time to go in. I also submitted a credit application and sent in details of my trade. I was instantly approved at a great rate 1.9%, I got a very fair trade appraisal. This was all done in the confort of my home. Once I arrived I was NOT BUM RUSHED by a salesman. I was merely greeted, met Rami and Colin and the cars I wanted to see where given to me to drive alone for about 30 min each. It was NO pressure or haggle. The whole process was so chilled. I ended up with a very clean, low miles, clean carfax 2014 GLK 350. Very happy with the way they treated me.

My wife and I saw a vehicle on line that we thought we would be interested in. We did not call ahead to make an appointment, but rather dropped in at E-​CarOne. I do typically buy «luxury» vehicles and I do have a certain expectation of a dealership and it’s salesmen that do sell vehicles. My expectation was not met at E-​CarOne. Perhaps if we would have called ahead, they would have made some effort to clean up the car we were interested in. We were really disappointed that when we got into it for a test drive that the inside was so dirty. It was not appealing at all. We had a trade in and when we returned from our test drive, we were not questioned by our sales guy what we thought about the car, or if we had a question, much less offer to try and put us a deal together, but rather, with him on one side of a counter and us on the other side, we were handed a certificate with a trade quote for our vehicle. The sales guy handed me his business card along with the trade certificate and told us to get back to him if we were interested. That was it? Yes. So, we left there and went to another dealership that had the exact same year, make and model with less miles and same options and it looked pristine inside and out. The sales guy made us feel like a valued customer and sat down with us in an actual office. They met every expectation that I have when buying a vehicle. I immediately got a trade offer for my car that was $ 1,500 more then I was quoted on that certificate at E-​CarOne. I buy lots of cars and this was my first, and will be my last visit, to this car dealer. My wife absolutely didn’t enjoy the experience here at all. Maybe this kind of place and their method of doing business works for some, but not for me or my wife.

I called and spoke with Collin explaining what I was looking for. After stopping at another dealership I decided I would stop and look at E-CarOne’s cars that Collin mentioned he had. After finding the cars on the computer Collin was unable to locate the car I was interested in and the second car was buried in a sea of vehicles he seemed disinterested in moving. After about 45 mins of my time I gave up. Collin said «next time call in advance». Not sorry about not finding the car or being able to provide a vehicle to test drive. Wow guess the have enough business they can choose the customers they sell to.

low ball offer is what they do., They make promises of great offers, once you arrive they low ball your vehicle and insult your intelligence. No worth the gas online or the time calling them.

I like the no hassle process, however the dealership needs to amp up their customer service. Better waiting times, more amenities to help pass the time, and for God’s sakes top the car off with gas when someone spends that kind of money on a car!

I will write about my experience with them that ended up making me buy from another dealer, first I’m a car salesperson as well and I understand the business well, I was looking at a 2013 Mercedes C300 and they had lot of them with very reasonable prices honestly, I sent them an inquiry and got an automated message from Patricia Hine. and then she never called me back or sent me another email, I filled up a credit application and gave them my all my information they never even called me ton follow up with me I have to call Patricia all the time and she was treating me like a second class citizen, Then I went to my credit union and got my Loan, I told Patricia I’m ready and she still didn’t care that I want to buy the car then I tried to call a manager and I ended up talking to another salesperson names Collin and he was nothing different than Patricia, I told him I’m coming Wednesday 02/​17/​2016 to get the car and take it, I gave him a week he didn’t follow up with me to set an appointment, he didn’t even care so I decided just to walk in, I went in and it was warehouse by the way, I told him I will take this car can I see it and test drive it first he said the car will take 20 minutes to get to the dealership they store their cars somewhere else and then he said the car just came from the auction and I have to put a $ 500 deposit first so they can take it to service and will only be an oil change, so that means they don’t check their cars for mechanical breaks they only do oil change. So I told Collin please call me back I will leave now but I will come back next week to buy this car and here I’m still waiting for him to give me a call, So this morning I got my Mercedes from a Subaru dealership i, they lost my business and the way I was treated I will make sure to copy this review and post it everywhere else. We have bought several cars from here and all the cars are very high quality. They have a nice kiosk system which seamlessly allows you to test drive and browse their inventory. The salesmen are great, friendly and very accommodating. They promised to find me the car I envisioned. I love the car I ended up with!

I would like to write you about my car-​shopping experience at eCareOne. It was my first time purchasing a car (and I wanted to buy myself a car for my birthday present). I decided to go to
. There, I found the 2007 Honda CR-​V for $ 20,950 which directed me to e-CarOne’s website. I read reviews, checked out the vehicle history report, and was satisfied.
2/​17/​10 – I contacted e-​CarOne and spoke to a Derek A. I told him I wanted to come in for a test drive. He told me how e-​CarOne wasn’t really a car dealership, how it’s more of a warehouse, etc. etc. Okay. When I arrived, the first thing Derek said to me was that they don’t negotiate prices there – fine. He then talked about they handled bulk sales and not too concerned about making a profit off one sale, that he rarely gets local customers like myself. Fine with that too – better deals for me. He handed me the key without saying much about the car nor did he ask for my driver’s license.
Once I test drove the car, he did not ask how my drive was, or whether or not I had questions, or if I was interested in purchasing the car. When I asked about the navigation system and the reverse cam, Derek admitted to me he knows nothing about the CRV and can’t really answer me about the car and its features. At first I thought to myself, «Why sell a car if you don’t know anything about it?» Fine, I know enough about the car myself or I’ll do my own research. I will let that slide.
I later talked to Ozzie, the finance manager there. He went over financing. It was past 5 pm by this time so I was told to they will call me back tomorrow morning once they submit my credit application for financing. I will get an answer by 10 am.
2÷18÷10−−10 am no call. 11:30 am still no call so I decided to follow-​up. Derek told me they barely sent everything to the bank and I should call back later. It was close to 2 pm and I heard nothing so I decided to call again. Derek was at lunch so he told me to call Ozzie. I called Ozzie and he said he will check and call me back. Eventually, by 3 – 4 pm, I decided to call once again. Ozzie told me the bank will finance me if I put down $ 4,000 down. That will put me at 4.89% financing. My other option was to get a co-​signer with no down payment. I looked at the listing again and the price went down $ 1,000 — -so it was $ 19,950. I mentioned this to Ozzie (which he and Derek had no idea) and he told me my down payment will only have to be $ 3,000. I hesitated since it was $ 1000 more than I had wanted to put down. I eventually said okay. I was told to fax my paycheck stub. I did. No follow-​up – so I had to call to make sure they received it. They did. He said he will let the bank know — and since it was late in the day he won’t know till the next day. He said he’ll call me back tomorrow at 10 am — better yet, I should call him back at 10:30 am. At this point I felt like I was the «pushy car salesman”— I had to chase THEM down to get this car sold.
2÷19÷10−−−11 am – I called Ozzie. He did not hear anything from the bank and told me to him call back (once more). Finally, after several phone calls from me to Derek or from me to Ozzie, I found out I had to add another $ 1000 to my down payment. Either that or get a co-​signer and I would not have to worry about a down payment. What does putting more money down have to do with relieving me from having to get a co-​signer? I spoke to a several different sales staff at other dealerships and they did not understand that concept either. I refused and therefore decided not to get the car. Even then, they didn’t care. It was a simple, «Okay!» There was no effort made to work anything out with me to ensure I get this car. They strung me around for 3 days just to tell me I can’t get the car unless I put double what I had originally told them I would as a down payment.
From the beginning, the two men didn’t sound like they cared if they sold the car or not. I constantly had to follow-​up with them several times a day just to get any answer out of them. I am saddened to see the e-​CarOne guys discriminate potential buyers in such a douchey manner – just because they are «not concerned with making profit off 1 sale.» Sure, they sell luxury cars… so if you receive something like the CRV wouldn’t you want it off the lot? I am disappointed with my experience (it was 3 days of car-​shopping nightmare) at e-​CarOne and I hope no one has to go through what I did — first-​time car buy or not… bulk sales or not.

Buyer Beware… I purchased a BMW from eCarOne this past summer. After talking to multiple salesman and looking at the carfax, I thought I was good to go… WRONG! I took my car to the local BMW dealer for a routine checkup and and asked about them about the whistling from the convertible top. That’s when my local BMW dealer said, «well you know your car has been wrecked» I called eCarOne, spoke to Silas and got the basic run around. Needless to say I will never buy another car from them.

hmmm… maybe I’ll come back one day and amend my rating, but… completely disenchanted with this experience. i want to buy a car– & ur super dismissive and all, «oh– idk. i have no idea. maybe? sure.»
it’s also ok for you to make eye contact and, idk, make me feel like you want my business… i get your cars are used… but I’m not in here trying to spend used money so… do ur job.
i have my eye on a 335i… it needs service so, the sales guy (whom I’m purposely not naming to give him a shot at redemption) said he will get it done and give me a shout… we shall see. to be continued

Wow. Good service from the sales team. Easy to use kiosks with no pressure tactics. Setting up a test drive is easy and PAINLESS. They made a good offer on my trade and I ultimately decided to close the deal since they made it so easy. Nice people who are efficient and conscious of your time/​schedule. Gave up the Porsche for a Maserati.

See Chris Parish at E-​CarOne. Find your car (s) online, let Chris know when you will be there and they will be up front, keys with the valet, ready to drive. Two months ago we bought a one-​owner X5 from Chris with zero hassle, waiting around or drama.
Three things to consider:
If they don’t have exactly what you are looking for — tell Chris what you want and they will find it. Chris found us a MB CLS550 with the equipment and mileage we wanted. They turn more MB units than any MB dealer in DFW.
If you see something you like — someone else probably likes it too and it won’t be there very long. They turn inventory fast. Put down a deposit and hold the vehicle; you’re out of pocket is minimal if you change your mind about purchasing the vehicle.
They do a great job preparing the vehicles for sale but I still like to have my mechanic or dealership look at a car before I purchase a high-​end car. Chris will have the car sent to your mechanic for inspection while it’s on hold with your deposit. Something simple like a brake-​job on a european car will run thousands — better to know now what is coming $$ before you buy.

The folks at E-​Car One did such a stellar job in helping us search for a new car this week. So much so, that we ended up buying sooner than even we had planned. We came here on a Monday and were driving off in a new-​to-​us Audi A4 the very next day.
Mitchell was our salesperson and though he was to the point, he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all which we appreciated. They operate a little different than most dealerships I have experienced… a high-​tech, low-​touch approach. Once they check you in, you are directed to one of several user computer stations where you can register and then search through their entire inventory of vehicles (filtering through by price, year, model, etc.). We test drove a Nissan Murano, A BMW 5-​series, an Infinity G37 and the Audi A4 and ended up settled on the latter.
Ozzie and Rami worked with our budget and — fair price, 50K miles, along with a clean Carfax history and maintenance report. I appreciated how they washed, detailed and touched up any minor scratches. They carry an entire showroom full of luxury vehicles at discounted rates. I was impressed at their competitive pricing and selection. When it’s time to replace our other vehicle down the line, we’ll be back to check here first.

Like the experience at e car one especially during the first part part i.e. till signing the deal. I found a car with all the packages I am looking for so called them in advance for scheduling the test drive, then went for a test drive. The salesperson working with me was Leslie and she was not pushy at all. I trade in my 2014 BMW X3 xdrive 35i and bought a fully loaded BMW 750Li. The financing and trade in all went smoothly.
I would definitely recommend ecar one to everyone.

Visited this location multiple times. Bought once. I, personally don’t own a vehicle from here yet, but I’ve had an interior service here done and have had THE best experience every time even if I were just looking.
My car seat was ruined by permanent marker and I was referred here.
Uhhhhh. I was weary at first but they absolutely took care of me!!! Thank you Rami and Clint for taking such good care of me and my BMW coral red leather seats!!! I recommend all my Asian BMW friends here. Their interior expert is THE guy for special ordered leather seats. :)
Will be trading in my 3 series for an x5 soon. #beameralldayeverydayforlife
