This irrigation company was the one my builder always used, so I felt I did not have much choice. I should have insisted on using the company I had used before. Everything was wrong with the installation they did. Some areas were way over saturated while others remained bone dry. It was impossible to correct this with the schedule. There were also underground leaks and faulty (leaking) valves. After giving up on them trying to correct it, I actually paid my old company thousands of dollars to fix it.
