I have a 2002 Corvette that was experiencing the dreaded intermittent starting problem. These guys were relentless in finding the issue and fixing it all while setting me up in a loaner so I wasnt inconvenienced. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced. Give Daniel a call they’ll take care of you and most important they are completely HONEST and will keep you updated on the status and wont start replacing parts without your approval. Their prices are very fair. Very hard to find a place like this that you can trust.

I have a 2000 Camero that needed brakes and several other things done. Daniel worked with me and kept me informed. Pricing was fair and excellent quality. I have already recommend them to several people. I also needed some muffler work done and Daniel recommend B&B Muffler. I used them and again fair pricing and quality work!

My car was hit from the side, causing a severe misalignment and bent wheel. It required some new parts to fix the suspension and control arm. I took my vehicle to Carrollton Complete Automotive and they did great work. They communicated about what was needed,
a highly professional manner. I felt comfortable about the honesty and integrity built into the process.
My son has an older vehicle (a.k.a. «a project») which has required professional work now and then. Like me, he’s also had a very positive experience and now it runs fantastic.
I plan to take my vehicle to this place for routine oil changes or any time I need vehicle work done, as I feel they treat you fair and are highly competent.

We used these guys for the first time when our Acura’s AC was broken. After calling several places we decided to use Carrollton Complete Auto. Not only the pricing was right, but everyone in the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We got our car back on time as promised. We are using them again for our Honda today. Even though they close the shop at 1PM, Craig told me to bring in the car and he will try to fit it in the schedule. I am giving them 5 stars and would not hesitate to recomend them to others.

I love these guys! I’ve had everything from oil changes to more serious repairs done here, and each experience is better than the last. Caesar and Mike as well as the other mechanics I’ve spoken to are very knowledgable and personable. Their prices are some of the best I’ve found. If you’ve never tried Carrollton Complete Auto, try them out the next time you need an oil change and you may just discover your new favorite auto shop.

These guys are great! I never enjoy having to get my car fixed, but these guys make it a pretty good experience. They are friendly, trustworthy, and get the job done right the first time.

Carrollton Complete Automotive is by far the best shop myself and my family have ever gone to. This is the only place we fully trust and bring all four of our vehicles to. They are honest and extremely helpful and personable. My car has been there numerous times and this last time I had it in they went out of their way to save me money. Because of the extent of the damages it was there for about a week and a half and they had no problem answering any questions I had, they were exceptionally nice even though I was «that girl» and called multiple times to check on the status of the vehicle. I brought it back because the plastic part underneath my car had been falling off and they repaired it at no cost! I could go on and on about all the great things about this shop and the employees! Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I have brought the following vehicles to these guys since 2010 and they just understand service without taking your wallet: 1999 Diesel Jetta, 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe, 2007 Corvette, 2008 Infiniti G35, and a 2010 Buick Lucerne.

Super friendly staff! I always get weird before going to an automotive place but these guys were really nice and helpful. Just came in for a quick oil change and was out in 30 min. They definitely don’t rip you off either. I would go back and recommend to anyone!

I’ve given the shop five stars because they continuously give me great prices great service. I’ve been here several times with three different cars they always seem to pinpoint the problem and help customers in a professional manner. Normally they have to call the part, but it’s normally delivered quickly. And I know for a fact that they do not charge any markup on these parts like other shots I’ve dealt with.

Anyone who read my first review of Carrollton Automotive will find this helpful and informative. Two weeks after posting my comment, I received a phone call from Mike at CA requesting that I bring my car back and work with him to resolve the tire issue. I did just that and although it has been a bumpy ride, so to speak, I am satisfied with the outcome. Please note, it was the alignment that caused my tires to degrade. I take ½ of the responsibility for not understanding what that meant at the time. This garage bent over backward to help me get my car on the road again. A big thank you to Mike, Daniel and Bobby.

I have been coming here now for about 2 years. They are honest and still a family owned business (twins one in the front with customers and one in the back managing the repairs)
These guys have been very honest and fair. And generally will repair a mistake if they make one. But they usually will correct any issues before giving the customer their car back.

No grumpy guys here! Everyone was pretty fast at their job. I was in and out in about 15 minute for an inspection. Shop didn’t try to push on any other service/​sales. I will definitely come back here for other services.

It’s usually pretty difficult to find honest mechanics on your first try. Sometimes you get lucky. This place has that. I started comin here back in March ’12 when I moved to DFW and since then, I haven’t taken my cars anywhere else. Instead of nickle and diming you, they will suggest what needs to be done and let you know how urgent. I came in to get a lot of work done on my car and I was informed that I was misquoted (in Oct) about a service I was getting today. Instead the right service will save me a little money.

I’m always a little cautious of going to the quick oil change places and I’ve been back to Carrollton Complete Automotive twice and will return for everything I need. They are helpful, friendly, and aware that sometimes finding a fix means being aware of the budget at the same time. Big KUDOS to CCA for another job well done!
