Many a big city hipster bar models itself on something like this: Cheap beer, old taxidermy, mixed nuts under a heat lamp. No microbrews, just the basics and very cheap. The barkeep is friendly in her own way but I’ve only come with regulars so not sure how they would react to an out-​of-​town crowd. Right on the Sauk River bike path in tiny Maple River Junction!
