History
Established in 2005.
My journey began with performing arts, through which I was introduced to the Alexander Technique in 1995. After certifying to teach Alexander at The American Center for the Alexander Technique in NYC I found my way to Acupuncture due to my own experience of auto-immune dis-ease. I got my Masters degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College in NYC. Having recently relocated, I am thrilled to now be offering my West meets East healing arts in the Triangle area of North Carolina!
