Tee Time is by far the best practice range in all of Santa Barbara County. Situated next to Carpinteria’s beautiful beach, the views and weather are fabulous. Great driving range, challenging chipping areas, and well groomed putting greens. The staff and on site teaching pros are very friendly and helpful. Prices are by the hour not by the bucket, so you can hit as many balls as you can in an hour — such a great deal! If you don’t live nearby, it’s worth the drive as there are lots of nice restaurants and shops to check out in Carpinteria — one of the best coastal towns in the state!

Great place to practice… Range, putting and chipping… Club fitting and instruction is great… Reasonable prices for instruction… I have taken lessons from Steve and was impressed with his method…

This is a nice golfing range to practice your game. I like how you overlook the range and then beyond it is the ocean. There are no distracting buildings in the way. They have a putting green and a chipping/pitching area.

Love this place. I come here several times per week and the staff is awesome and always helpful. The range is real grass and the conditions are great. You pay by the hour so you can really get some solid practice in.

Very interesting… they make you pay by the hour! Great if you’re only interested in BLASTING a lot of balls downrange. But if you’re like me and trying to improve your swing… stay away from this place. It’s distracting as hell«being on the clock». I mentioned it to the people working there and they said the owner doesn’t like people to use the practice areas free of charge. Um… it’s a place to PRACTICE buddy! You shouldn’t have to worry about taking your time and getting charged for it. You take a practice swing… charged for it. You clean your clubs… charged for it. You take a break… charged for it. They do offer unlimited practice for $ 175. Not a bad option if you go more than 15 times a month since they charge $ 12 per hour. The bottom line — if you are working on your swing… go somewhere else. Oh yeah… it’s a pretty good grass range.
